I REMEMBER TEXTING YOU in the car on my way to the hotel in jeju island. it was mid july, and my whole extended family was crammed into a van, which my mom and i sat in the very back of, legs squished and cramping in the tight makeshift backseat. but i remember smiling down at my phone the whole hour-long ride to the hotel because of you. our daily tradition of wishing each other a good day had just started and you were saying the sweetest things that made my heart flutter so so much!!
