Lysergic Acid Daffodils 

Among the crowded daffodils

there lie some tiny little pills,

that beckon with their whispered lies

of unicorns and dragonflies…

…that make you float and see strange things

and sometimes even give you wings.

enabling you to fly so high

you join the birdies in the sky.

One little word of caution though,

as you gaze down on earth below.

That if you fly on Lucy's trip

to see her diamonds, you may slip.

So if you want to spread your wings

and see all sorts of way out things,

be sure to take off from the ground

and then you'll land back safe and sound.
