"Why couldn't I have stayed in the car with max" bella ask Nik as they walked up a mountain
"Because love, someone has to keep an eye on you" Nik says to her as she jumps on his back, wrapping her arms around his neck and legs around his waist as he holds her up, turning to stefan
"Stefan, do you won't to stop for a bit, have a site down?, drink?" Klaus ask stefan who carrying a dead not so dead ray
"You know I'll like it better if we could carry on in silence, and to get this summer over with or ready" Stefan says back
"Yep, and thanks to are pal ray here, we have a self pack" Nik says as they turn to see rays pack, bella hops of Nik back, nik takes her hand walking over to the pack with stefan a bit behind them, stefan got in front of them and drop ray to the ground
"Ray, (a girl shouts running over and kneeling down next to him) who are you" the girl ask
"The real question is who I'm i" klaus says as he girl look to him
"Your that hybrid" she says
"Good you heard of me then" klaus says smirking

Bella sat in stefan lap as Nik tells them about being an hybrid and how it feels, when suddenly ray gasp awake, bella jumps a bit as ray sat up, stefan let out a chuckle when she jumped
"Good timing, very dramatic ray" Nik says as he nods to stefan, stefan helps bella of his lap as he stood up
"Now are any of you human, you see your friend ray needs human blood to live" Stefan says looking at them
"Come on, all he needs is a sip" Nik says as no one comes forward, he looks around then points to a man, stefan grabs him and bits his wrist holding it out to ray, who shakes his head
"Come on ray, if you dont I will, and I won't stop" Stefan says as ray bits in to his "friends" wrist drinking his blood, the guys girlfriend ran forward klaus
grab her before she could reach him, bella is sat on an log watching, she takes out her mp3 player and puts her ear phones in listening to music as she turns her back on them looking in to the woods humming along to the song

A bit later everyone now transformation in to hybrids but somethings wrong, bella sat looking at ray as his eyes started bleeding, she slowly stands
"Nik" bella says, as she looks at ray, nik carries on talking to stefan
"NIK" she shouts, nik and stefan turn to her but she not looking at them, they turn to see her looking a ray, as blood falls from his eyes, klaus takes hold of his face looking to see what's wrong
"Nice army you got" Stefan says sicastic, as klaus glares at him, klaus turns to bella who starting at him still
"His he going to be okay?" She ask him as she stands next to stefan
"Hell be fine love" Nik says as he stands pulling bella over to a log away from all the new "hybrids"
"you sit here, (he says taking her mp3 play) and listen to your music" Nik says to her as she sits, he walks away back to stefan and ray, to see what wrong, bella starts to get a feeling and it's not an nice feeling

Ray jumps up suddenly and pushes stefan down and runs of in to the woods, bella gets up and walks over to stefan
"Are you okay?" Bella ask stefan, and turns and nods to her
"Go get him them" Nik says to stefan
"I'll help" bella says going to walk of with stefan, as klaus grabs her arm
"You love, are staying with me" he tells her as stefan gos off

10 minutes later, stefan comes back, without ray
"Lets just leave him" he says to klaus who gos to him
"That looks quite nasty" he tell stefan pointing to the werewolf bite
"Yh, I'm going to need your blood" he say back as bella rushes to him
"Stefan" she says taking him arm were the bite this, she turns to klaus
"As soon as you bring ray back, I'll heal you, so get two it" klaus tells him, as stefan vamps of, bella gives her big brother the look
"Nik, why dint you just heal him?, and stop being so mean" she say stomping of
"Love, come here" Nik says, she truns to him
"I will heal him, and I'll try be nice, just for you, but I make no promises, okay" klaus say to her, opening his arms, she smiles running to him as he pick her up, she may be 12 but she small and light for her age and klaus his an hybrid, her brothers love Carrying her around,
"Okay, are we done now, we left max in the car" bella say to klaus
"Soon love" he tells her as the hybrids begin to wake up

It's now dark and all the hybrids are now awake and not looking so good, klaus and bella are stood together as 2 "hybrids" start waking up two them with blood down there faces, klaus pulls bella behind him
"There's only one alpha here love (he says as they still come, barring there teeth) bloody hell" just as he says that they run at him, klaus quickly pulls there hearts out, as more come, klaus runs at them killing them one and two at a time, bella turn just in time to see one running at her she grabs a sharp stick of the floor and stick it in the "hybrids" heart, two more come she throws her hands up, there heads come flying off, when someone grabs hold of her from behind she brakes out of there hold the "hybrid" flys in to a tree, as klaus pulls it's heart out, he turns to bella whos looking around, and grabs her checking her
"Are you okay love?" He ask as he checks her for injuries
"I'm okay, are you?" Bella ask as klaus picks her up hugging her to him
"Don't worry about me love" he tells her as he carries her to a log sitting her down, he then starts pacing around, bella looks to him upset, she wish she knew how to fix this and help him but she dint or does she?

1 hour later stefan comes back carrying a dead ray, he drops ray as he sees all the over "hybrids" dead and blood everywhere, he sees bella sitting on a log looking down to the floor, with a little bit of blood on her
"There's all dead some I killed, some bella killed and the over just died, it was meant to work, I did everything I was told to do, (bella jumps as he starts shouting, she hold her hands over her ears and close her eyes bring her legs up) I kill a werewolf, i killed a vampire, i killed the bloody doppelganger, (he stops shouting and takes a breath, then looks to stefan) you look like hell" he says to stefan
"Well I am dieing" Stefan says as klaus picks up a beer bottle and bits his own wrist holding it over the bottle, his blood drips in, he then hands it to stefan, stefan takes it and drinks it as klaus turns to see bella, rocking herself, then he realises what he done, he walks slowly towards her bending down in front for her
"Bella, sweetheart" hes says as bella looks up at him, stefan watches them
"Come here love, i dint mean too, your okay" he say as bella gos to him, he pick her up, she puts her head on his shoulder and her arms around his neck, her legs wrap around his waist
"It's okay, papa" she says hugging him, he starts walking off back down the mountain, as stefan follows behind them.
