i am a daisy.
my petals,
sweet and sincere, the caterpillars bite, one by one.
i was once beautiful.
but all my petals are gone.my roots,
secure and strong, the worms twist me mercilessly, it hurts.
i am corrupted with filth,
stained with soils, dungs, and dirts.my stem,
straight and unwavering, pushed by the wind, i lean
my growth halts.
as my vibrancy transcends,
into a weak, tarnished green.i was a daisy.
children trample me with their feet,
i was once beautiful. once sweet.
the earth i am ready to meet.i wither sorrowfully as the wind...takes me.
deteriorated by death...as it should be.i was...
a daisy....
