Meeting Mute

You walked down the hallway after leaving sledge's room and arrive at a different door. You look down at my phone before entering and see that you can't do anything and that everything is static so you decide to enter the room. Inside of the room there was a huge monitor set up but all of them had static on them. You than look at the other side of the room and you see someone with a gas mask on staring at me. "Hello there sir" you say to him. He just stands there staring at you. "Uhh do you speak?" you ask. Sledge than walks in from behind you "He doesn't talk very much but his name is Mark Chander but his nickname is Mute, his unique skill is that he places down these things that jam all electronics within the area which you probably noticed by now" Sledge says. "He seems like he is extremely useful for defending something or protecting it" you say. "Yes he is one of our most useful defenders here at Rainbow" Sledge says. "Anyways that seems to be all that there is to hear about mute so I'm gonna go and find one of the other operators" you say as you walk out the door.
