chapt 8:enemies from the other side of the well

Miya POV
"So are we just gonna sit here or go find naraku and kick his butt before sesshomaru does?" I say bored as I play with small earth rocks.

"You have to be patient." Besides, we're eating. Go walk around or do something until we're finish. Miroku says with a calm tone as he eats.

"Uugh... Fine!" I say as I walk out looking for something to do when something comes to mind.

"Imma practice my metalbending!" I say excited as I ran to find some metal.

Sesshomaru POV

"Tch..." That inuyasha. Hm?" I looked up and saw people laying on the ground dead.

"I wonder who did this? Rin,jaken? Stay close." I say to the runts as they nodded,when suddenly,I hear voices.

"I'm sure the second avatar is in the next village,ghazan. So stop your whining and man up!" I heard a female say to a male.

"I'm just saying." We captured the first avatar already. All we need is the second avatar and finding her gonna-

" Gonna take some time." I heard another male cut the other off. Patience, ghazan. We'll find avatar miya. And when we do, we'll take her back where she came from and rid her avatar korra from existence. My eyes widen when I heard their words. Im feeling something from within. Rage and love. Something only humans feel. That ridiculous "L" word. Uuugh... Why am I feeling this way for a human? They wouldn't dare hurt or take miya away from me!

"Avatar miya, you say?" I walk outta the shadows as I stand in front of a group of 4.

"And who are you?" Zaheer says curious with a smile.

" 'Who am I' isn't important." The real question is why are you after miya?
I say to the bald man that's floating.

"That's none of your business!" The human with water arms says angrily.

"You will not take her away." I'll make sure of it. I suddenly say as I disappeared with rin and jaken.

miya POV
"Come on guys! You're too slow!" I say running along the pathway as I passed inuyasha.

"Hey!" No fair! You're cheating! I heard inuyasha complain.

I giggled,when suddenly, I bumped into someone.

"Sorry.." I say when I suddenly look up and surprisingly sees its sesshomaru.

"Grrr.... What's the big deal sesshomaru?! Watch where you're going!" Inuyasha says with anger as he glares at sesshomaru.

"I don't have time to mess around with you,half demon." You're worthless at protecting miya. Shes coming with me.  Sesshomaru says as he holds me.

I gulped..

"Let her go,sesshomaru or I'll make you!" Inuyasha said as he pulled out his tensiega(I think that's how you spell it).

"Not a wise choice,half demon." Unless you want her dead. Sesshomaru says as he grip me tighter.

Sesshomaru whispered something in my ear and my eyes widen.

"Don't believe him miya!" What did you say to hear sesshomaru?! Inuyasha says as he growls under his breath.

Sesshomaru smirked as if he looks like he's gonna capture me and take me away for good.Welt, that is what it seems like he's doing... That's what inuyasha and the others think. I was frightened and safe at the same time.

"Like I said before,inuyasha... Know your place,half demon.Unless you don't want her dead." Sesshomaru says as he disappeared with me,rin,and jaken.

Inuyasha POV

"DAMN IT!! Why didn't I grab her sooner?!" I yelled out with an annoyed and angry tone.

"We'll find her,inuyasha." Hopefully... Kagome says worried.

"Ha!" Good luck with that. Let's go... I  says still annoyed as we walks in the direction sesshomaru had disappeared to.

Miya POV

"What the heck, sesshomaru?!" You're saying the red lotus is after me now?!
I say in disbelief and scared.

"If that's what they're called,then yes." Sesshomaru says looking among the distance with the wind blowing in his hair.

"This is bad." This is really really bad. I say freaking out.

"I'll protect you from them." Sesshomaru says as walks to me.

"Wait.... Why me though?" Aren't you interested in defeating naraku then protecting a worthless person like me? I say to sesshomaru curious.

"This reason is.... Oof..Nevermind." Sesshomaru says as he turn his head as I see a slight blush on his face.

"Are you blushing?" I say trying to get a sneek peek at sesshomaru face.

"Tch... Don't be ridiculous." I'm would never. Sesshomaru says still blushing a bit.

"Oh my." You care for me,don't you? Matter of fact, you like me." I say with  a smirk.

"Tch.. You're being a fool." Sesshomaru  says bashful.

"But, you didn't deny it though." I smiled.

"Tch..." Sesshomaru groaned as he still looking away.

"I knew it!" I say happily, then all of a sudden, I started blushing as well.

Jaken and rin just looking at me from  sesshomaru confused.

Its now silent... Like a awkward moment between me and sesshomaru.

"My goodness." I thought to myself.
