Vanoss POV:
I woke up and I was blinded by the sunlight shining off all my Boxing trophies

I started to smirk and I got up and stretched a little

I got dressed and gathered my gym bag together

Water, protein bars, change of clothes, different shoes, hand towel, etc

I got ready for my morning work out and went on a jog towards the gym

I finally got to the gym and I plopped my gym bag beside the treadmill as I wanted a warm up real fast

The gym was pretty empty, leaving just me and 2 other guys

One guy was a trainer while the other one was a dark haired guy with a blue tank with a shark eating a cheese burger on the front

*thats a weird tank? Oh well*

I ignored them and went on with my workout

I finally got off the treadmill and I went over to the weights

I laid back after I put the weights I wanted on the bar and I started to bench press

I started to lift the bar

"1............2.............3.............4" I counted as I pushed the bar up

"See Jon, just watch him, he knows what he's doing" I heard the trainer tell the blue tank guy and I smirked

"5..............6.................7................8...............9...........10!" I drop the bar weight on the hook and I sit up and stretch my arms out

I look over at the guy who looked amazed

"Wait how much was that?" He asked me

"70lbs on each side" I told him and his jaw dropped

"Holy s-" I cut him off

"Let's see how much you can do huh?" I offered and the guy smiled

"Here I'll started you off with 5 on each side alright?" I asked and the guy nodded his head yes

I pulled the 70's off and I placed 5's

"The name's Jon by the way" he spoke and I glanced at him as I went back to grab the second 5

"Cool, my name's Evan" I began to respond as I placed the 5 through the bar

"Alright let's see what you're made of!" I slightly cheered for him and I helped him push the bar up over the hook and he went crazy for the 5's

"So you're strong, let's see how you are with 20lbs" I said and Jon nodded

He placed the bar on the hook and I took the 5's off and placed 10's

"Go" I said

He had a little harder time with the 20lbs

*I'm able to do over 100lbs and he's struggling with 20lbs? This is going to be fun!*

Jon pushed the bar back on the hook and he sat up

His face was red and sweaty

A couple walked into the gym and we all turned towards them

The trainer turned back towards me

"Well Jon, I'm sure Evan here probably won't mind helping you train for a little bit, I need to go help them out really fast" he spoke and I smiled

I was always please to help someone

Even if the guy is weak

The trainer walked off somewhere and I kept helping Jon

"Since you're struggling with 20 let's try 30 alright?" I asked and Jon looked embarrassed but then agreed with me

I placed three 10's on each side

"Alright go" I said and he had a lot harder time with those

I helped him lift them a little and he was able to do it

"4........ 5.........6........." I counted as he was pushing the weights up

I kept him going till he finally hit 30

"26........27.........28...........29..........30!" I shouted and he almost dropped it on himself but I caught it and hook up back up

"Hey you can't just give up at the last second Alright?" I told him and he nodded his head

He was trying to catch his breath

I handed him my water bottle as he clearly didn't have one

He started to chug it down

"The trainer said you're trying to train for something, what are you trainer for?" I asked him

"For the next big B.B.B.O.T.U! Or as many call it 'TripleB, O.T.U!" Jon explain and I froze up a little

"What does that all stand for...?" I slightly asked as I was worried if he was talking about what I thought he was

"Big Boxing Battle Of The Universe!"
