The Love Story of Drift & Brite Bomber

Chapter 6:Golfing at Lazy Links and Confessing His Love

Drift is the driver for the day and he asked them where do they want to go. 

"I think it's best for you to know this island a little more." Rex told Drift before he got a chance to start the Cart. "Um,ok so what that community over there." Drift points at Pleasant Park.  "That over there is Pleasant Park. That place has a lot of homes, a gas station, and a soccer (Or Football for those of you that aren't in the United States.) field where you can play." Cuddle Team Leader said and Brite Bomber pointed at the lake. 

"That over there is Loot Lake. It has a small shack next to the two story house. Over there are the two factories. And see that hill in the middle of the lake Drift?" She asked him and he nodded. "That small hill has a house like for... you know. Possibly for you and me. Just alone,in the middle of the lake. Privacy for both of us to have fu—" B.B. shut her mouth all the sudden because she realized that she's next to Drift and her friends.

CTL and Rex were smirking at her and Drift's face was red. "I," Drift spoke out, "I didn't think you'll say something like that." His face was still red and B.B. was studdering. "DRIFT I AM SORRY THAT I SAID THAT!" It was one of the moments she got herself embarrassed. "I-i-its ok." Drift said calmly. 

Rex opened his map. "Let's go to Lazy Links." Drift said and started his Golf Cart. They took off to the Country Club in peace. When they got there,they were greeted with Brite Gunner. "Welcome to Lazy Links!" He said to them and went up to them. "Brite Bomber,mind if you introduce me to your new friend?" He asked her and she nodded. "Drift,meet Brite Gunner. Brite Gunner, meet Drift."

Both of them shaked their hands and went to the Golf Course. On their way,Drift saw a newspaper article that's days old. He picked it up and read it.

                                HEROS DISAPPEARED FROM MAGICAL FORCE BY OMEN!

 "What!" Drift yelled a little and they turned. "What happened here?" He asked them and they all had a nervous look. "Drift," Brite Bomber spoke out, "before you came here,there was a group of superheroes here. They went to the villain lair and tried to stop Omega and The Visitor from launching the Rocket. But Omen was there and he teleported them to a unknown location. And finally,what The Visitor called 'Operation Ragnarok."

"Operation Ragnarok? I think I heard that before." All of them looked at Drift in shock. "How..." Brite Bomber was getting worried. "It was when I was in the wormhole thing. That person said Stage One was done. And they might have already started Stage 2." Drift said it in a worried tone. The area suddenly got cold and Drift was shivering. "Let me take you to the shop." B.G. (Short for Brite Gunner) said and he took Drift with him. 

Drift came out with his new Black sweater with pink,white,and gold. All of them wowed and Brite Bomber was blushing. He looks more cute with that sweater. She said it in her thoughts. "Let's Golf!" Drift said cheerly and he grabbed B.B.'s hand and took her with him. 

 Both Drift and Brite Bomber were blushing that they're actually holding each other's hand and they both like it. Meanwhile Brite Gunner,Rex,and CTL were secretly fangirling in the back. They got in the Golf Carts and headed to Hole One. "Drift, you're first." B.G. handed him a Club. Drift grabbed it and stroked the Golf Ball and it got in with one go. "Hole in One!" Drift said and they clapped.

It was a long night and they parted to their paths. Rex returning to Greasy Grove,Brite Gunner to Retail Row, CTL heading back to Tilted Towers and Drift and Brite Bomber went back to the same hill where they met.

They were laying down on the grass looking at the stars and the giant Rift in the sky. "Today was a great day." Brite Bomber whispered to Drift and he smiled. "I know and I have a question to ask." Drift looked at her, "where am I going to live." He asked her and she suggested that he should live in the same apartment with her. "T-there's a guest bedroom right?" He studdured a little and she giggled. "Yes there is one silly." She smiled at him. They got up and grabbed hands again. Only this time they held on tight and they walked to Tilted Towers.

They made it to her apartment and they stepped inside,still holding hands. "Ummm Brite Bomber," Drift spoke and she looked at him. "Yes?" "You won't get mad at me right?" "No. Why?" "Just asking." Drift pulled down his mask and quickly smashed his lips with hers. He looked at her and she looked back with a red face. "I'M SORRY!" Drift quickly apologized and ran up but B.B. grabbed his hand. "No." She said. She pulled him to her and she smashed her lips with his only longer and smoother. 

I can't believe I'm kissing her right now. Drift said in his mind and continued kissing her. 

His lips are softer than I thought it would be. Brite Bomber said in her mind and softly kissed him. 

They both eventually have to separate for air. Both of them looked at each other with love in their eyes. "Are we official?" Brite Bomber asked. "We are official but we'll keep it as a secret ok?" Drift asked her and she nodded.
