This is a message from the author of this book (20th February 2018)

I just want you know anyone who is suffering with depression, suicidal thoughts or any other mental health issues, you are STRONG! I wrote this book almost 4 years ago when I was going through a very difficult time in my life, writing this book helped me express my feelings and also get my feelings out. As I've looked back over the almost 4 years I'm proud of the person I've become, I've overcome the darkest time of my life and it wasn't easy but I made it. So for all of you out there suffering please listen to this you are strong, you are a good person, over time your suffering will come to an end, you deserve happiness❤️

It wasn't easy recovering from mental health issues it took me awhile, no amount of psychologists,antidepressants helped me but I managed to survive. I'm a survivor and I hope you will be too
