May's P.O.V.
I look up at my mother. She is breathing heavily. Both of us are in tears.
《Mom. What are we gonna tell people. Won't they all wonder what happened to her?》 I asks nervously
She lowers her gaze.
《I don't know. I always knew she would take after your father...》 She says quietly
I know what she means. Maya always took after Dad, but I never thought she would turn on us, and now we have no idea were she is! She could be coming for us and if that is the case we are in danger.
《Addy...》I whisper
My Mom looks up at me.
《Go get her.》 She says
I run out the door and run over to Addy's house. I run into he house.
《Addy!》 I shout
She runs into the room.
《What's wrong?》 She asks quickly obviously nervous from the terror in my voice
《Maya has gone dark side and we need to make sure everyone she might see as a target is safe. We assume that if she comes back, she is gonna try to hurt us.》 I explain
She nods and we run out of her house into mine, after she grabs a bag full of clothes. When I get back I find my Mom frantically packing clothes and food into bags.
《Come on girls!》 She says frantically
《What about my parents?》asks Addy
《They had no part in her outrage. She is only angry at us. We must get to the safe house before she gets here.》 My Mom explains
We rush out of the house and into the car and after half an hour we get to the safe house. We enter the house and put down our stuff. We all decide to gather in the living room and sleep. After the long day we've had, we need rest.
