Chapter 3

Vikki's P.O.V

You were riding your bike home listening to 'Jessies Girl' blasting in you ears and then you heard something fall put of my backpack but you didn't really care for it.

When you came home your mother told you to go get your things from the moving van, you moved next to a boy who had a speech impediment but then it didn't bother you..his window was open so you could hear his conversation and what he was saying, you have no idea who he was talking to so you just decided not to listen and move on..

you put the stuff in your room and unpacked...fairy lights were on every corner..your room was painted in a pastel pink color...and when u finished unpacking your room looked aesthetically beautiful..

you heard that one voice outside the window..IT WAS RICHIE TOZIER and with that one kid that has the speech impediment..you can hear their conversations through your window and you heard every word

"okay just play it cool and knock on his door" you thought to yourself
"its gonna be okay just be chill" you breathed in and out slowly before walking outside to your neighbors house

you knocked on his door and all of a sudden RICHIE OPENED THE DOOR!!

"h-hey Richie" you said nervously

"hey there Vik!" he said happily

"h-have one of you two, by chance seen a pink notebook with drawings in it?" you asked the question nervously

"i have its in my backpack at my house...we can go get it if you'd like" he said politely

"that'd be great..thank you" you smiled

you and Richie both walk together nearly holding hands lenth

"so what do you have in there" he asked

"drawing wise? oh um i have pictures of my old friends i had and regret loosing" you start to cry a little

"awe don't cry..i bet they were fantastic people" he said as he wiped the tears off your face and his hand still on your cheek

you blushed as his hand was still on your cheek
"I really miss them..you know?" you said with a shaky voice and another tear falls down and he wiped it away
"they were such good people i...i....they were always there for me and i was always there for them until they stabbed me in the back"

"why would they do that? why because your a bad person?" he questioned still having his hand on your cheek

"i wasn't mean to them they just turned there backs on me all of a sudden..and thats why i had to go and move to Derry" you said

"listen, im gonna always be here for you if you ever need me okay?" he said in a calm voice that made your ears twitch a little

"okay" you said in a calm voice as well

you head towards Richies house just chatting and walked inside..he had grabbed his bag and searched inside of it and got it

"here you go cuti-i mean Vikki" he said while handing it to you

"thanks" you said with a smile on your face

"you know..." he sighed " i gotta be honest with you...i...i" before he could finished his sentence he smacked his lips and your lips against each other gently and made a kiss..you were shocked but yet enjoyed it...
