Days past and now it was soon time for graduation. Tomorrow Bella and I would be free of that place, so would the Cullen siblings but they would eventually go back to that same school. I, on the other hand, don't plan on living out my life there.

I could Bella's excitement for the end of the school year, and it was because of more than one reason. I still didn't like her wanting to be one of us, neither did Edward or Rose but I think there was no turning back now.

Running through the dense forest, I knew I was being followed. It was just that gut feeling anyone could have. I was headed towards the pack house but didn't want to lead my stalker there. Making a rash decision, I took a sharp right and ran in the direction of the cliff where I knew nobody was.

I came to an abrupt stop before I could fall over the edge, the sound of waves crashing against the rocks and wind whispering through the air was the only thing that could be heard. I balled my hands into fists at my side for any unexpected attack, I was anxious in this moment as any person would be but I knew how to protect myself.

"Why do you follow me, stranger?" I asked over the wind. I felt their presence behind me, my voice was calm but I was tense on the inside, waiting for an attack.

"So, you think of me as a stranger?" The person asked, their voice was feminine and beautiful like any vampires voice. I frowned and turned around finding the same redhead that seemed to like following me wherever I went. Her eyes were narrowed but didn't show hostility, she wasn't here to fight.

"You are a threat. Why are you here?" I asked skeptically also narrowing my eyes with question.

"I'm only a threat to that pathetic human you like to protect." She sneered, "Why do you do it? She's nothing to you. I have an army, you could join us."

"I don't choose sides, especially when that side is trying to hurt my family." I growled threatingly showing I had no fear towards her.

She sneered once again angrily, "You have forgotten who your family really is, Violet. Not those Cullens, not those puny humans, not the mutts." She seemed to get angrier by the minute as her body shook slightly, her knuckles turning white from balling her fists so tight.

"Thats where you are wrong, they are my family. They loved me when no else would." I told her with emotion to my voice, "my real family died long ago, and I think you already knew that." She huffed and so I took that as a yes.

"I will kill them all."

"Now, now. There's no need to get vengeful." I tell her calmly not wanting things to escalate further then it already has. I watched as she looked away with a deadly glare, her curly red air being blown back by the harsh wind. She was beautiful, she reminded me of my mother, the once beautiful and broken princess. I still missed her after all this time.

"Victoria." I called making her head snap to me, "stop all this, you could still join me. With my family you could be happy. I could protect you."

It was silent for a moment as I saw her thinking over what I said, her thoughts were running wildly through her head making it hard to pick up on anything, until it suddenly stopped. One thought was plaguing her mind, just one.

She wanted her sister back.

I frowned as she then starting backing away into the trees, she kept her eyes trained on me as she went. Once she was a few metres away from me she ran, running in a different direction. She didn't know what she wanted, she was confused on what to do but I knew she would go back to her so called army.

I now sat in the kitchen of Sam's house, thinking over all that has happened.

"You look troubled, something on your mind Violet?" Emily asked, walking over with a cup of tea in her hands. I smiled at her as she sat down in front of me, holding the warm cup in her hands.

"You know me, Em. Just worried as per usual." I chuckled half-heartedly. Her eyes showed me she doubted my answer but I just shook my head, placing it in my palm.

"Emily do you have anything I could eat?" Asked a childlike voice. I looked over and saw the Clearwater boy standing there looking at Emily with the sweetest smile that made my dead heart melt.

"Of course, honey." Emily told him getting up from her seat, her tea now forgotten on the table.

"Hello Seth, do you remember me?" I asked the small boy. He must have been somewhere around Nathan's age but he looked much smaller in height and weight, almost as if he was just a mere child.

He nodded with a now shy smile on his face, "yes ma'am. You're still very pretty." He told me before his eyes widened and he quickly covered his mouth.

I chuckled, "thank you Seth, you're quite handsome yourself. And please, call me Violet or almost anything else." I say. Emily soon came back with two small bags of chips.

"Here, could you give one to Nathan as well?" Emily asked.

"I haven't met him before." Seth told us thoughtfully.

"Don't worry he's a kind boy and if he isn't I'll talk to him." I put my hand on his shoulder. Just in that moment someone walked into the room, their footsteps quite loud as if they were stomping around angrily.

"There you are Seth." It was Leah, she still had the same scowl on her face from the first time I saw her. She looked at her brother with what seemed to be disappointment, "come on." She told him grabbing his arm but not too forcefully and dragging him away, but not before giving me a good glare. What a nice woman.

"Well then." Was all I had to say, Emily just hummed in agreement and took a sip of her tea. Two weird encounters in what, two hours? I need to lie down.
