The next morning Bucky woke up to find Aspen laying on her stomach next to him he moved some of her hair back and she started to stir and he whispered "Morning doll." and he reached over to the nightstand on her side and got her glasses for her. She put them on and whispered "morning."
They laid nose to nose and he said "I don't think anyone else is awake."
"Of course not they are probably so hungover cause I'm sure they drank more than we did.." she said with a laugh.
"You don't like hanging out with your sister do you?"he said
"Not really no..it's different for me she went from being a girl I barely knew to being my stepsister at 9 years old. I've always been like this and having a stepsister that is the complete opposite of you makes it hard but luckily nobody really knows that we are stepsisters. She's the cheerleader and the popular one and me well I'm the girl in the library doing her homework hiding in the back." she said
"What happened to your mom?' he said
"Um...she died when I was about to turn 2. She was a nurse and had worked a 48 hour shift and instead of catching a few hours of sleep before she drove home she left the hospital and fell asleep at the wheel and crashed her car into a light pole and was hit by another car. " she said
"Oh..Aspen I'm really sorry." he said
"It's ok..I don't really know or remember much about her." she said
"I know that feeling. For the first 8 years of my life I didn't know who my dad was cause he was always gone with the military so when he finally came home I didn't know who he was and then within a year of him being home he had a heart attack in his sleep. So I don't have any memories with him that's why I play football my mom doesn't want me to follow in his footsteps." he said
"Well that certainly explains a lot..no offense but you are kinda an asshole." she said
He laughed and said "I know..I know I haven't been very nice to you and I'm sorry."
There was a knock at the door and Nat poked her head in the door and then said "Found him."
They both sat up and Steve came in and said "We were looking for you Bucky..um anyways we are all getting ready to go and get breakfast. I was looking for you cause I know she's probably still mad and I was going to have you wake her up."
"oh..I um I slept in here last night." he said
"oh.." Nat said
"Not like that Nat..my cherry is still intact thank you very much." she said as she got up and went over to her suitcase and sighed as she sat in the floor and found the outfit that Wanda said was for breakfast.

"Yeah..you can come in." she said as she tried to cover what she could and he came in and said "Hey what's wrong.?"
