Ashton's P.O.V. Pt. 4
"Thanks." He whispered. My hand was still on his head and his face was inches from mine. I lowered my eyes to look Luke in the eye. I knew I shouldn't but I just. I leaned forward and pressed my lips against his. He sat there not moving his lips, then he started kissing me back to my surprise, but I pushed my self back.
"I'm sorry." I said and turned around. I heard Luke's feet hit the ground.
"Wait Ashton." He said. I turned around to look at him. "What are you sorry for?" He asked.
"Kissing you." I bit my bottom lip. "I know you didn't want it I just I don't know." I said. "I'm sorry, I won't do it again."
"I wanted it." He said. I stared at him shocked.
"You wanted to kiss me?" I asked disbelief seeping into my voice. He nodded and started worrying at his bottom lip and it was really cute.
"I don't know what going on,"
He said. "I'm confused." With that he turned around and went back to his room. I did the same. I sat on my bed with all kinds of thoughts running through my head like: Luke kissed me back, Luke wanted to kiss me, Luke's not gay, he said he's confused what does he mean by that. I'm so fucking confused now. I know I'm gay, but I'm confused about Luke and how he feels about me.I went to work the next morning with out see Luke. When I came home Luke was always in his room and I didn't bothered him. It went on like that the rest of the week.
I woke up Sunday morning in a good mood, I finally had a day off no gushy couples to help plan their weddings. I rolled out of my bed and grabbed a random pair jeans and a random shirt from my closet.
I walked out of my room and into the kitchen. I got an egg out of the fridge and started frying it. My back was turned to the rest of the house."Good morning Ashy!" I heard my sisters voice behind me.
"Ashy?" I laughed and raised an eyebrow at her when I turned to face her.
"Remember when I first met you?" She laughed. "I was like twelve and always called you Ashy."
"Yeah, I remember." I smiled. "I was like eight years old."
"Yeah," she laughed popping a blueberry in her mouth. I turned the stove off and put my egg on bread. I took a bite. "Now look at you all grown up and twenty." I spread my arms out so she could examine me.
"I wouldn't say all grown up." I heard a laugh on the other side of the room. I turned my head to look at the person who had walked in. A blonde hair blue-eyed boy who I kissed the other night was standing there smiling.
"And how can you make that assumption?" Amelia turned to Luke.
"I can make that assumption because-" he broke off. "Because, I just can." He shrugged.
"Well that's not a good reason, but I do agree." She looked over at me and pursed her lips. "He's not All grown up yet." I took the last bite of my sandwich and went to the sink to wash my hands. Luke laughed and walked to Amelia.
"When is that baby gonna come out?" He asked.
"Soon." She put her hand on her stomach and smiled. "So Luke, u haven't seen you around." She said. I was wondering if was just avoiding me, I guess he wasn't.
"Yeah, I've just." He stopped and looked at the ground. "Something happened and I really didn't want to be around people." His blue eyes flicked up to my then moved to Amelia.
"Oh. Well, I was hoping you would have dinner with us tonight?"
"Sure." He shrugged. "Wheres Ben?" He asked looking around just noticing his brother wasn't around.
"He went out to grab some things for dinner." She smiled at him. "Jack and his family are coming too." She turned to me. "My dad's coming too." She said.
"Oh" I breathed out. "Cool."
"I know it sucks for you to see him, but Ash, I really want him here for this." She walked towards me and took my hands in hers in a sisterly way.
"I know." I said and wrapped my arms around her.
"What are you doing today?" She asked me an pulled away.
"I don't know." I shrugged. "Maybe I'll go hang out with some old friends." I lied. I was not going to hang out with friends.
"Okay!" She smiled "just be home by six for dinner" she turned and went into the living room.
"So, what are you going to do today?" I asked Luke who was just standing there.
"I have no fucking clue." He laughed. He was acting like nothing happened between us, maybe he felt nothing when I kissed him, perhaps his stomach didn't flip and turn and he didn't get shivers.
"Well I'm actually going to the mall if you wanted to come." I said.
"Shopping?" He laughed. "Could it get anymore gay?" That stung. I felt my self flinch.
"Uh. Yeah, I am gay." I said.
"I know, I was joking." He said, it made me feel better to know that he didn't mean it like that. He walked up to me I was standing against the counter. He leaned his lips close to me ear. "I would love to go." He whispered his lips touched the sensitive skin. I shivered.
"Well, uh- I'm-uh I'm leaving in a bit." He had me flustered and I'm positive he knew what he was doing.
"Okay." He dashed into his bedroom and was out before I could even finish the few dishes I had used. He was wearing black skinny jeans and a West Sydney shirt. On his head he had a Nirvana beanie on. I smirked but he didn't see me. "Ready?" He asked.
"Sure" I nodded.
