Scenario one; Pepper goes up to Salt one night when they're home alone and asks if she can try something she saw online. Salt just thinks she means a dance or a challenge or a joke, something like that. She has no idea until Pep gets a little too close while on top of her, it's only Pepper's excuse to want to fuck.
Scenario two; While watching some anime, a more.. Lewd scene comes on. Pepper asks about it right after Salt turns the TV off, and she's forced to explain the birds and the bees. Pepper doesn't exactly get it, she was too sheltered, so Salt has to show her some other way.
Scenario three: Pepper and Salt had been dating for a while, and Pepper wants to take it to the next level. Salt did too, but she wasn't saying anything about it because she'd get too flustered to speak.
