Hum...this is experimental chapter if it does well ill add them in to my oc roster if not they'll probably pop up as cameos and side characters.
scenario: Just your average world meeting...that is until a fairly tall male with hazel eyes, slicked back brown hair, fair skin, wearing a gray military uniform presumably from their nation. most nations merely glanced up as the male looked at his surroundings, until his eyes landed directly on luciano and victoria, "tori?" the male said tilting his head slightly causing both victoria and luciano to look up. "Chile?" the female replied as a grin appeared on the twos face as suddenly victoria had sprung up from her seat and sprinted towards the male practically jumping the male in a hug as the two spun and laughed. "...Are we missing something here?" arthur asked as the hazel eyed male set Victoria down, "Perdon, I will be joining you for today, I personify as the republic of Chile, or just Chile." the male smiled politely.
