Interview (part 2)

Harry's Pov:

Today is the day of my interview where I will set the record straight about everything regarding my break-up with Chelsy.

I got up this morning and got a shower and got dressed and went downstairs to eat breakfast.

I finished eating breakfast and washed the dishes when there was a knock on my door.

I opened the door to see the woman who will be interviewing me, Emily maitlis and the film crew.

" Come in." I tell them

" Where would you like us to set up?" A camera man asks me

" Set up wherever you'd like." I tell him

The film crew started to get to work setting up there lights and cameras.

After a few minutes of waiting it was time to start the interview.

{ Interview E~ Emily H~ Harry}

E~ My name is Emily maitlis and you are about to see a new side to Prince Harry speaking out about his break-up with Chelsy Davy.

E~ Thank you for taking the time to speak with me today.

E~ How long has it been since your breakup with Chelsy Davy?

H~ We've been broken up for almost 5 1/2 months.

E~ Is what Chelsy is saying true? Did you break up with her?

H~ No. I didn't break up with her. She broke up with me. She broke up with me through a letter that she sent to while I was deployed to Afghanistan.

E~ How did it feel to be dumped through a letter?

H~ It hurt especially after 3 1/2 years of being in a relationship.

E~ You say that she broke up with you through a letter while you were stationed in Afghanistan. How did you carry on considering everything?

H~ It wasn't easy but there comes a time when you just have to forget about it because you have a job to do.

E~ I know that you and your brother are extremely close. Did you tell your brother about your breakup with Chelsy?

H~ He confronted me about my relationship a little while ago because Before I went on operations I couldn't stop talking about my now ex-girlfriend and I come back after 7 months and I didn't say a word about her and when he confronted me I told him.

E~ For many soldiers who go on operations they come back slightly altered whether it be mentally or physically. Did that happen to you?

H~ I think it happens to everyone who goes on operations.

E~ We only have time for one more question. Would you ever get back together with Chelsy?

H~ No. Absolutely not.

After a few minutes Emily and her camera crew left and I was left alone again.

After a while I heard a knock on my door and opened it to reveal Chelsy standing on my doorstep visibly angry with me.

" Chelsy, What are you doing here?" I ask Chelsy

" Who do you think you are? Why didn't you ask me about doing that interview?!" Chelsy asks me

" I didn't ask you because we are no longer together and that means I don't have to run things by you." I tell Chelsy calmly

" I deserved to know that you were going to do that interview!" Chelsy yells at me

" I deserved to not be thrown under the bus by you the second I don't cave into you. I made the decision and I'm sticking by it and if you don't like it then oh well. You are just too have to learn to deal with it. Now.... If you just came over here to try and me feel bad about doing the interview it's not working so you can take your 'you should've told me' bullshit to someone who actually cares because I sure as hell don't, Bye Chelsy." I tell Chelsy walking inside leaving her standing there mouth agape and shut the door not wait for her answer

I walk back into my living room and sit down on my couch and take a swig of my beer when I hear another knock on my door.

I answer the door to reveal William and Pa standing there so I let them in.

" How did your pow- wow with Chelsy go?" Pa asks me

" How do you know about that?" I ask Pa

" We witnessed it." William tells me

" It went really great. Chelsy was pissed because I did the interview and couldn't give two shits because I am finally a single man after 3 1/2 years of being in relationship hell so now I can do whatever the hell I want and I don't have to consult her about it." I tell them honestly making William and Pa chuckle

" We saw the interview." Pa tells me

" What did you think?" I ask him

" Very honest." Pa tells me

" Did Granny like the interview?" I ask them

" She did." William tells me

" Good." I tell them

" Uncle Andrew and Grandpa loved it when you talked about Afghanistan they simultaneously saluted the TV." William tells me

" How many people watched the interview?" I ask William

" The entire family." William tells me

" What did Granny think?" I ask William

" She loved it." William tells me

" Good. I'm glad." I tell William

Pa, William and I talk for a bit about the interview until they have to go.

After they leave I make myself some lunch and watch a few movies.

After a while of watching movies I eat dinner and go to bed.
