It's 89' and i just graduated high school. I've been performing a lot just until i sign my contract. My friends have really supported me, and I want to take my singing to the next level.
"Hey Selena". Eric said
"Hey Eric". I said smiling
"I came to take you to Ruthless you know so you can see where you'll be working at". Eric said
"Ok cool let me get my purse". I said running up the steps
When we got to the studio it was a kinda small but it was big enough for everyone.
"Selena meet Mc Ren, Dre Dre, Dj Yella, dj speed, laylaw, The D.O.C and Michel'le". Eric said
"Hello it's nice meeting all of you". I said cheesing extra hard
"Hey ma you look sexy as hell how old are you". Yella asked
"SHUT UP YELLA". Everyone shouted
"Come on so I can take you to my office". Eric said
"Can i ask you a question"?. I asked
"Sure". He said
"How old are you if you don't mind me asking". I said
"I'm 25. Why"?. Eric asked
"Oh no reason just was curious". I said
"Ok well since I don't know any Spanish someone will write the lyrics for you". Eric said
"How come"?. I asked
"What how come I don't know any Spanish"?. He asked
"Yeah". I said
"Why you ask so many questions". He chuckled
"I'm sorry". I said with my head down
He came to where I was sitting and lifted my head up
"Never be sorry ok". He said while looking in my eyes
"Ok Eric". I said smiling
"And to answer your question I don't know any Spanish is because I dropped outta school in the tenth grade, but I went back". Eric said
I got up and walked over to him and I held his face
"I'm not gonna judge you I'm not that type of person". I said soon the door opened
"Selena come on let's go, cause i don't wanna hear your dads mouth". O'shea said
"Ok I'm coming". I said getting up
"Wait i want this to be official, here's your contract just sign on the dotted line". Eric said handing me the paper
I read the contract first I wasn't stupid then i signed it I really think I'm making a great decision.
"Thanks Eric". I said walking away
"You're welcome Selena". Eric said
On my way home O'shea kept staring at me
"What O'shea"?. I asked
"I saw y'all about to kiss what's wrong with you". He asked
"There's nothing wrong with me ok I'm just tryna get into this business. Why do you care anyway"?. I asked
"Because I-. I just do ok you're my friend and i don't want him hurting you". O'shea said
"No one's gonna hurt me I'm fine ok just leave it alone I'll see you later". I said walking to my house
