In a world where kings are slaves,
Where priests are thugs
And thieves behave.
Where burgers suck
When veggies rule.
Where people ride only by mule.
Yes, low is high, though high is low.
Baby-boys are used to bows.
Technology is way less than cool.
Lots of sand fills every pool.
The sky is green, the trees are blue.
Confusing means enlightening, true.
Hence one would lie, yet tell just truth
When saying that a head's called foot.
Three o' clock really means nine.
All people in hospitals are fine.
As you read you'll hear the book.
The older you get the younger you look.
A teacher learns, the students teach.
Winter's a great time for the beach.
In a place where one outnumbers two
Your name's like Romeo Montague.
Similar to the smell of rose
You are flawless I suppose.
Even in this world less any aim
To me you'll always be the same.
I'll have you know that my hearts pace
Won't change a bit, when kings are slaves.
Note:
Juliet.
What's in a name? that which we call a rose. By any other name would smell as sweet; So Romeo would, were he not Romeo call'd,
Retain that dear perfection which he owes
Without that title:--Romeo, doff thy name;
And for that name, which is no part of thee,
Take all myself.~ Shakespeare
