'Abdulah ibne-Mas'ud (Ra) narrates that Rasulullah (saw) said: He who recites one letter of the Qur'an, it is one good deed for him, and one good deed is rewarded ten times. I am not saying that Alif-Lam-Mim is one letter, but that Alif is one letter, Lam is one letter and Mim is one letter.
