Taehyung's POV-

"Where were you?" Jimin asked me wide-eyed, still filled from sleep.

"I was at her home"

"Oooooh this late" Jimin chirped

"What did you do Taehyung?" Jungkook said and winked at me

"I asked her out on a date"

Their weird smirks fell off their face as I saw their mouths turn in big 'O's

"And?" Jimin asked

"She said yes" I said and plopped on my comfy bed taking my Hazel bear in my hands.

They started a chitter-chatter of their own but then turned their faces towards me together having a weird sad caring look on their faces.

"Um... Hyung?" Jungkook asked

"Ya?" I asked, "do you guys not like her?"

"No... We love her. She is amazing" Jimin started

"But you have a maknae line concert tomorrow" Jungkook finished

"Yeah...."

It hit me... No...

I was preoccupied. I couldn't tell her about my job and I couldn't say no to the date at this late.

I am a big idiot! Why didn't I think this through?! $h!t!

It's my fault!

We had to leave tomorrow early morning.

I knew I had to tell her. It was important.

But it's really late now. I will do it in the morning, I thought as I drifted off to slumber.

"So are you going to go with us Tae?" Jimin asked me in concern

"It's important hyung" Jungkook placed a hand on my shoulder as I was holding the bear close to my chest.

"I know, I will tell her tomorrow"

"Okay" they both said and unison and went to sleep too.

Your POV-

"I am so excited y/n" Tess unnie chirped in my ears loudly.

"I know unnie, I am too" I said as I saw Jin hyung enter the cafe in an oversized hoodie of grey colour and some black jeans. He had black hair.

He looked so handsome in them, Tess was sure one lucky girl.

What a guy he was... Handsome and sweet...

"BBYE unnie" I waved as Jin took Tess' one hand in his and both of them waved bye to me

I smiled to myself as I felt that my phone was buzzing in the pocket of my brownish apron. The apron pocket had a brown white cartoon bear face on it.

It reminded me of the bear in Tae's bedroom.

I took out my phone and answered it.

Tae🐻 is calling

"Hey!" I blissfully beamed across the phone

"Hey ,I wanted to tell you that-

"Oh wait, let me just take the coffees to the couple at the shop"

"Yeah", he said as I did that

"Ya.. what did you want to say before?" I asked him still smiling as I was talking to my date

"I can't come today, we have to cancel"

"What?" I said

I felt horrible, I was so excited, how could he just do that

Taehyung's POV-

"My aunt is ill, so I am going to Daegu with Jimin, Jungkook, Namjoon and Suga hyung" I lied.

I mentioned the hyungs to make my plot believable.

"I understand" she said

I knew she was sad

"I'll take you on a date the next weekend" I tried to cheer her up a bit

"Okay sure, well some customers just entered so I have to go. I will talk to you later"

"Will love to do that"

"Okay"

Your POV-

"Okay" I said and cut the call.

Well, I couldn't do anything, if his aunt was ill. He is a good nephew caring for his aunt, as he did for his mother.

I will go on a date with him next weekend.

Time Skip

I finished my errands as Jin hyung dropped Tess unnie at the cafe

"Sorry it took so long" she said as she tried to contain her smiles

"So another date?"

"Yes!" She cheerfully jumped, "Jin was so nice and polite. We are going out next weekend too"

"Good for you" I told her

"He didn't come?"

"He had urgency in Daegu" I stated blankly

"Oh. Dear I am sorry for you" she said and hugged me

"Oh no problem unnie, we'll go next weekend"

"Oh sure dear, you take your break, I will do the shift now"

I nodded in reply and removed my apron when the bell chimed again.
