After Ciara thrashed Jason's place, she headed straight home. When she got she went straight to Naomi's room to gather everything of her's in her arms and threw them in the trash. She couldn't believe that her best friend since how long was screwing her boyfriend behind her back. Although she was mad, she felt the hurt. She felt she was being stabbed over and over, everywhere that her body ached.
With swollen eyes and clutched heart, she took the trash bag outside and emptied it on the side of the road, surely where Naomi could see. She didn't care whosoever picked up the belongs, she just wanted them out. A homeless person could pick it up, she now had zero respect and care for the girl she once called best friend.
She didn't wait for so called best friend to get to her apartment, instead she went and change into some shorts and top and went to the neighborhood bar for a drink or two.
When she got there, she asked for the strongest drink they have so she could wash all her heartache and pain away. Leaning her head back, she down all her drink in one go. The liquid sizzled as it went down her throat. Refreshing is what she thought as the liquid went down. Asking for another one, she heard a voice beside her saying "Make it two".
She turnt to find a stranger looking at her with an amused smile. He was handsome, yes but she wasn't in the mood for being used as a toy. She simply turnt back watching straight ahead at the cabinet of various drinks. She heard the strangers sarcastic voice saying " Well hello to you too." Before he could say anything else the bartender came back with the two drinks. She down both drinks before the stranger could grab his own, turnt to him and said " Look I know you're here for a good time but i promise you, you wont have it with me." With out another word she grabbed her things and went out into the cold night to start her journey home.
The moment she step into her previously shared apartment, she was greeted with an angry Naomi. She found much amusement in her but kept her laughter at bay and her emotions hidden from sight.
There was silence for a minute or two. Ciara was just plainly watching Naomi, whiles Naomi was seething with angry furiously watching Ciara, wanting her to die on the spot.
Naomi first broke the tensioned silence that surrounded them."You threw all of my belongs out on the streets?" Ciara wanted to laugh so badly but kept it in and simply answered "Yes, yes I did." That made Naomi even more furious with the nonchalant answer Ciara gave. "On the streets, Cia?" All Ciara did was raised a brow, wondering why is she calling her Cia like their good friends or something.
"1. What does throwing your belongs on the streets have to do with me when you no longer live here?
2. What do I care?
3. Don't ever call me 'Cia' or any nickname ever again, you lost those rights." Naomi felt hurt by those questions and the statement Ciara said but she knew Ciara was furious with what she did and will never forgave her. "I want you out my apartment by the time I come home from work tomorrow, I don't care where you go, I don't want you here any more nor do I want to see you ever again. Do you understand?" She honestly didn't care where Naomi went, nor if she died. She just wanted her out.You cant be serious, right? You cant possibly do that to me Ciara, i'm you're best frie-" " You were my best friend, now you're just someone i used to know. That's all you are to me, its all you will be. Now leave before i call the police." And with that she left t her bedroom to sleep her troubles away.
