He kind of wished everything would settle. Theresa was still sending death glares to him during Parliament, and the switch had hit the news unexpectedly. A leak. Someone was spying for The Daily Mail, that's for sure.
Miles was desperate to find out before there was digging into his own privafe life. The general public had no idea about Alex, and that's how they wanted it to stay. Alex hated being tracked every five minutes, so they agreed to spill it to the public that they had 'broken up'. Everyone still believed it, though heartbroken. Many Tumblr users started to ship them. Hard. Hence, Milex was born. Fanfic started to circulate, and it never stopped, even now. Several people refused to believe it, and right they were.
Of course, Alex had been spotted several times with their kids. He had 'moved on', according to many newspapers, and had several beautiful children. If only they knew exactly how those children were brought into the world.

Alex walked down the pavement, though a bunch of busy shoppers. A couple of people raised an eyebrow at the sight of him, and looked Koresa up and down. His child didn't seem to care, however, she was quite happy where she was.
The next minute, he found himself in the middle of Next debating over a pair of jeans that were so desperately needed. He had no where else to go. Nick and Jamie were out of town, and Matt was somewhere. Wherever somewhere was.
"Ah, you're Alex Turner, right?" the cashier asked, glancing at the toddler attached to his hip.
"Yeah. In the flesh." he gave a small smile.
"It's so nice to meet you!" she grinned. "I'm a huge fan of your work, Arctic Monkeys right?"
He breathed in relief. At least she didn't ask about Miles.
"That's right."
"...you used to date that MP, right?" she lowered her voice. Aaand there it was. "You're married now, I see?"
"O-oh, yeah." he glanced at his finger. "Miles was...nice, but it didn't work."
"I'm sorry to hear." You heard that freaking seven years ago! "How's your marriage been? Is he nice?"
"He's lovely." he said, finally relaxing. "We have a laugh, and now we've got kids so..."
"What orphanages did you use? Just, my girlfriend and I are thinking of adopting."
"Well..."
