i got this idea from tumblr so all credit to whomever made the graphic that inspired me goes to them!!
there are four different versions, two with yellow borders and one with a white and one that shows you that the cover theme itself can be very versatile.

tip: it might take a bit of skill to put your image in the circle but don't over think it! this theme is very versatile and if you wanted to make a halloween or spooky or special type theme with it i think it would be beautiful, in color or not in color! you don't have to add the * or you can add some other symbol and it would still look good. if you do celeb pictures i would suggest using pictures with blank backgrounds/portraits. they just look the best to me, but it's whatever pleases your eye so have fun with it, the possibilities are endless!
