Chapter 5

     The kiss was long and...violent. Don't get me wrong. I loved it, but calling it passionate would be a little generous. Who knows how long we stood there; Hours, minutes, seconds? All I knew is that it felt like forever.

        At last, he finally pulled away. Even after my lips were free I couldn't push and words past them. He embraced me and I could feel the warmth of his body. It was a safe kind of warm. The kind that makes you sleepy, or the kind that feels like a warm fire on a cold day.

      This was the essence of Bakugou: warm. The word described everything about him. His anger, his passion, his quirk, and more importantly his love. I couldn't of imagined that this is how my first year of U.A would go. While he hugged me I felt something on my back. It was a wet feeling. I wouldn't have automatically assumed it was tears if it wasn't for Bakugou's nature.

      "Bakugo, ar-are you crying" I asked him. My words barely audible as it was muffled out by his shoulder. "No, of course not" he began to yell buy lowered his voice. "It just surprises me that this is happening."

"What? Us kissing?" I asked him pulling away. Staring into his crimson eyes. " no, well yes... it's just the whole thing with the... you know" he stammered our, I could tell where this was going. I chuckled to let him know I understood.

"Two boys?"
"Yeah"

It wasn't until I got back to my room that I had found out how long our little exchange. It felt like forever, but in reality, however, it lasted only a quick 25 minutes. We had parted ways and Bakugou had gotten his bracelet back. Even after the whole event I couldn't stop thinking of it. That was until I heard a knock at my door.

I opened the door to see the pink haired (and faced) Mina. She was standing on her toes. I could tell I caught her off guard because she almost fell right on me. The other boy there, Sero, braced his hands on her shoulders for support. " alright (l/n) I have a question for you" she said in a somehow threatening but nonthreatening kind of way.

"Umm okay, but do come in first. You can sit on there" I said directing my hand towards the furniture. Mina was quick to comply with my suggestion. Sero followed her. "We saw watcha did!" My fave got red immediately. I nervously closed the door and looked at the two blankly. "Y-you did?" I said. More of a statement than a question. Like when your mother patronizes you when you do something good. If I used my cards right and played stupid I might get out of this. "Umm." I gulped. "What exactly did you see?" The bottom shirt was lifted up by my crawling fingers. It's a nervous tendency.

"We saw you and Bakugou kissing!" Sero shouted out. "We saw almost the whole thing!" Mina stood up, she was getting excited. "O-okay, But that isn't really a question" sweat started to form on my forehead.

"Okay Sero, lets get to the point." "What are your plans with Bakugou?" They asked me in unison. Even in the short time between the incident and now they just have planned this whole thing. "What do you mean 'plans'." Even with the awkward context the tension in the room didn't increase. The words coming out of their mouth next told me why. "We know Bakugou acts like a...like a jerk, like a lot, but on the inside he's a good guy. We don't want you to hurt him." Their words were in aggression towards me, but I could tell it came from a good place.

"Guys guys listen. I really like Bakugou, I'd never want to hurt h-" before I could finish another knock on the door. Ooo someone's popular today. I opened the door. Speak of the devil it was Bakugou. "Bakugou what are you doing here, Mina and Sero are here as well" I opened the door wider to let him in. "Hey what are you morons doing here" he yelled at them.

"Calm down Bakugou they were ju—" before I could defend them Mina interrupted me. " we saw you two kiss. We were coming back to ask you if you wanted to hang out with us and we heard you guys yelling. We wanted to ask (y/n) a question." Bakugou was getting angry. He stepped closer inside my dorm. "Where the hell do you get off poking in my business." I tried to calm him down by grabbing his hand. It would be embarrassing for the rest of 1-a to hear us. As soon as my hand touched his it looked like he had melted. He had made his way past me and now had his back towards My direction.

"Please don't be angry with them, they had good intentions." It joyed me that I was the only one who could calm his rage, but I was scared for our friends.

Before Bakugou could begin to yell,Mina did. "YES, Sero we worried for no reason." She bursted loudly. "They're perfect together,oh Bakugou you two are so CUTE" she said holding his hand and reaching out to put my hand into his. His face turned a deep red. Mine turned pink, almost like Mina's.

"Hehe okay Mina, okay thanks. So I guess you guys can leave now, please." I said pushing the duo out of my door. Mina was rambling the whole time her and Sero were walking away. Something like "true love" or "meant to be." All that was left was me and Bakugou. Alone in my room.

For almost an entire minute it was completely silent until I broke the silence. "Your friends sure to care about you" I chuckled. "Dumbasses, they're all just stupid" his head was turned away from me. I decided get up and sit by him. I leaned my head onto his shoulder.

He placed his arm on my shoulder and we stayed there for a while. A warm kiss was placed on my forehead. It was sweet and held a lot of love.

It was maybe an hour later until he left. We had cuddled for such a long time and talked. It wasn't desk conversations, only silly wants that make your heart flutter and force laughter to bubble up your throat. I lightly closed the door and leaned my back against it smiling. We had decided we were going to tell everyone tomorrow.
