Lola

"Good morning sweetie." My mom kissed the top of my head as I sat down for breakfast. My family are together and there was no exception except for lunch.
I drank my orange juice as my older sister Rose sat across from me.
"Rose, darling." My mom set a plate for my dad on the table.
"Good morning mom." She smiled.
She was definitely the favorite child.
"How was your test yesterday?" My mom asked her
"100%! Passed with flying colors."
Rose was 19 and in college to become a nurse.
"How about you Lola? Anything exciting happening?" Rose stared at me. I hated when she did that. It was like she wanted to compare herself to me, to make sure she was still the golden child.
Before I could answer my dad rushed downstairs, kissed my mom on the cheek, said goodbye, and left.
"He was called into work early." My mom said. My dad was a surgeon.
"Finish up Lola, you'll be late." My mom said. She had just sat down and began chatting away with Rose. I left the table and they didn't even notice.
I shut my bedroom door and took off my oversized tee and pj shorts and looked in the mirror. I was so tiny. My ribs poked out tremendously. My stomach was as flat as a pancake. My legs where skinny. I cocked my head to the side as I examined myself in the mirror. I sighed and went to my closet and grabbed my uniform. White button up and plaid skirt. I had mine hemmed just a tad shorter. I put my nylons on as well. I hated wearing them but my mom insisted. I put my shoes on and grabbed my bag.
"Lola don't forget to weigh in!" My mom yelled
I sighed again and went to the bathroom and stood on the scale.
103
Same as yesterday.
I walked downstairs. Most moms would say have a good day at school.
"How much did you weigh in?" She asked
"107." I smiled and my mom gasped, "103." I laughed
"Lola don't do that to me." She said
"Bye sis!" Rose waved.
I left and walked to school.

Jude

She was very interesting. Tall, not too tall but not short, extremely thin. Blonde hair, blue eyes. Just the regular everyday girl but...something about her wasn't normal. She looked tired today.
I was sitting in biology. She was right next to me. I noticed the way she wrapped her hair around her fingers. How she had her ankles crossed.
We've been at the same schools all our school life and never have we talked. I just thought about that. I have been going to school with the same people since kindergarten and I have a deep friendship with none of them. And when I graduate I'll never see them again. Interesting.
Lola had always annoyed me. She was stuck up and always got her way. She was head of pretty much everything. She was the poster child of popular.
But something about her intrigued me. And that was the weirdest thing ever because I can't stand her. Not one bit.

Evie

Skipping biology was my usual ritual but if I miss another day im suspended and I don't hate my dad and step mom that much.
I might be a little mad that he married that goody two shoes along with her son. The lady is so strict and for some reason my dad fell for it. She's always telling me to button up my shirt or pull my skirt down or wear a different color.
The day she found my pack of smokes was probably the most exciting thing. Just seeing her flip off like that made me laugh.
"Evangeline you are way too young to be smoking!" She Rose her voice at me as I rolled my eyes.
"You're too young to be my mother but here are." I said
"Wait till your father hears about this." She threatened me
"Okay." I smirked and shrugged.
"Evangeline you are going down the wrong path in life, first it's smoking, next it's drinking-"
"I already drink." I said
She looked at me like I told her I had killed someone. How did she not know?
"Evangeline..."
"It's Evie. Don't call me Evangeline." I gritted
"From now on I want you home right after school. You obviously are not staying at Lola's every other night like you told me."
"That would be correct." I smiled.
And that day I left that awful house and skipped every class I had, and got wasted and smoked a whole pack.
Screw her.
That was a week ago. She did tell my father and I got the same lecture and all I could do is roll my eyes. I really didn't care what they had to say. They don't even know the worst things I do.

Jake

I looked at my little angelic beauty as she twirled her hair. She was so perfect and that's how I wanted her. Perfect. Perfect skin, body, hair, face, everything. All for me.
She looked back at me and winked.
She was such a tease.
I'm not a control freak. I just like my life, perfect. Because I need to be perfect at everything. I need to be the best. For me, my girl, my father, and my team. Those where the things that mattered to me most. Call me selfish but I care about myself a lot. More than others.
