Calum was on the couch, watching a little bit of tv. He had a tiring day. From song writing to cleaning the house, he was really beat. Nothing like a little bit of tv to calm himself down.
"Hello love. " he heard. Calum's eyes perk up to see his boyfriend, Newt Scamander. Newt sat beside him and calum crawled over to his lap where he laid his head down on his thigh. "Hey. " he said, smiling.
Newt bend down to kiss his forehead. "What are you watching lovely? " he asked, looking at the tv screen. Calum's eyes too look at the tv screen. "Adventure time. " he said, smiling away as Finn was talking to his then girlfriend, flame princess.
"This is a cartoon? " Newt asked, curiously. Calum nodded. "Its pointless but really funny. " he said looking up at him. Newt blinked a few times, leaning back. "Tell me more? " he suggested.
Calum soon was talking about its plot to him, trying to not go too into details. Explaining as much as possible. Newt listened to every word he said. "So... That's it? " Newt asked,
He nodded. "Basically yeah." Newt took a few seconds to process what Calum just said before speaking out loud, "well that's stupid. "
It was now Calum's turn to blink before laughing. "Oh my god. " he said, laughing. Newt pouted. "What- I dont understand! He is not dead? "
In the end, Newt cuddled Calum while watching a random movie, falling asleep soon after.
