I felt exhausted
Physically and mentally
It didn't go as planned
I returned home around 10PM
Jisung was sitting on the couch
Watching a movie I guess
He quickly ran up to me when he heard me enter
His eyes full of anticipation
He grabbed my hands
And kept looking at me
I sighed
"Our group got third place,"
I gave him a halfhearted smile
Jisung was still staring at me with those eyes
And tilted his head to the side
"What about your solo performance?"
I guess I forgot about that after hearing we placed third
"First place."
Jisung immediately brightened up when he heard that
And began jumping up
Congratulating me
I smiled and thanked him
Still halfhearted
I couldn't handle it
The guilt eating me up
I slipped out of Jisung's grasp
And went to change my clothes and shower
I couldn't look back to see the expression he was giving me
I didn't want to see it
