Wolf
It's a wolf
And it's needle teeth bare into me
Making me bleed
It feasts
Like a beast
that hasn't eaten in weeks
Although
I know
It has been tearing me apart for forever now
And Sometimes
it rips me like the wrapping of an impatient child's gift
And other times, it is the scotch tape holding the gift of me together
Whether the rift,
Or the warp between my bones
It makes
I've known, it's state
But I won't tell anyone about it.
They'd never believe me
Telling me
It's only
A pup
Gnawing up my shoes
