Chapter 4: The old clockworks gang

You flew through the fog as you started to feel more and warmer almost hot. By the time you were out, you gazed at the big clock tower and realized you have arrived. You flew around checking out the hole underneath the train track looking at the many pieces of train frack scattered on the walls of the hole. Then you entered the place in search of ghosts. You check everywhere until you reached the roundhouse for the second time to see a group of 5 ghosts. Two slammers, one hider, one gobbler, and lastly one strong sneaker. You could tell that they were strong because they were training with the sneaker. You nervously float closer to them hoping that they won't be mad at you for interrupting there training. You had lean agents a barrel and it tips over making a loud thud the ghosts look towards your direction.

Sneaker "Who goes there! Show yourself!"

You slowly float out to them as they looked at you.

Sneaker "What's your name Lil missy or I might send my boys on ya for interrupting our training"

(Y/n) "My name is (Y/n). Are you the strongest ghosts here?"

Sneaker "Yeah except for that possessor ghost. What's it to ya?"

You pause for a second as you felt all five of them giving you a glare.

(Y/n) "Uh, Carl sent me..."

Sneaker "Well why didn't you said that in the first place! I am his older brother James."

He bowed a bit before spreading his arms to his friends.

James "We have the slammer bros Lock and Load, Shady the intelligence, and the big dude Blutton. I am the head honcho of this gang; the old clockworks gang."

They sure have impressive names, but that is not the point here.

(Y/n) "Well here is the thing is that Luigi thinks I am the bad guy and I want you guys to protect me."

James "Yeah I heard about him. He can be nothing but trouble if you make a bad move. my gang and I nocked that sucker out a few times before we got bored, and left him alone outta pity. If he dares mess with a friend of my Lil bro he messes with me."

You nod your head as you sigh in relief. Knowing that if you were at the nozzle of that dam vacuum cleaner one of these guys would push you out of the way. The old clockworks gang decided to give you a tour of the facility. Even though you already knew the place, so you just enjoy the scenery. Afterward, James set you up to a bead in a secret room you have never seen before.

James "This room was sealed off years ago before this place was abandoned. I think it would be best if you sleep here. Because Luigi can't fly through walls, and also there is no cracks or holes so there won't be peeping on ya either."

You float on to the bead and cover your self with the bed sheets and slowly drift asleep.

(Meanwhile)

Luigi has gotten the moon pice and is heading to the old clockworks.
