Twenty-two years ago

You could hear Crickets chirp. A large deciduous tree with no leaves stands outside one of the several suburban homes.

A woman walked into the nursery, Mary Winchester, swearing a white nightgown, carrying a small child, her son Dean, into a dark room.

"Come on, let's say goodnight to your brothers."

Mary turns in the lights to reveal the nursery of two babbles, Sam and Logan, Who are lying in their shared crib and looking over at Mary and Dean. Mary sets Dean down,so he can say goodnight to his brothers. Dean leans over the side of the crib and kisses Sam's forehead before turning to Logan doing that same.
"Night, Sam. Night, Logan."

Mary leans over to the twins as well
"Good night, loves

Mary brushes Sam's hair back before kissing his forehead and as she turns to Logan he grabs her hand. When they hear
"Hey, Dean."

Dean turns around there leaning against the door his father, John Winchester. Dean rushes over to him
"Daddy!"

John grabs Dean, picking him up.
"Hey, buddy. So what do you think? You think Sammy and Logan to toss around a football yet?"

Dean laughs shaking his head no.
"No, daddy."

John laughs
"No."

Mary walks past Dean and John
"You got him?"

"I got him."

John hugs Dean closer.
"Sweet Dreams, Sam. Sweet dreams, Logan."

John carries Dean out of the room, flipping off the lights. Sam watches them go as Logan looks at the ceiling before looking at Sam, gurgling. Then both boys tried to reach for their toes.

The baseball-themed mobile above Sam and Logan's crib behinds to spin on its own while the twins watch it. The transportation-themed clock on the wall ticks, ticks, then stops. The moon-shaped highlight flickers.

In the last bedroom, the Lights flicker on the baby monitor sitting in the nightstand next to a photo of Mary and John. Strange noises come through the monitor. Mary, asleep in bed, stirs. She turns on the light.
"John?"

Mary turns realizing she is alone. She gets up and walks into the hallway into the boy's nursery.
"John? Are they hungry?"

John says nothing but turns his head more to the boys
"Shhh."

"All right."

Mary walks back to her room before seeing the lights flicker. She frowns before walking over to it tapping on it a few times.
"Hm."
