As I stare at this case file in my hand, I wonder who would do this horrid crime. As a criminal justice lawyer, I have to deal with crimes you would think no one would ever do. I take these cases because no one else wants to. An Ex-Marine, who was dishonorable discharged, is charged with the murder of his First Sergeant. He murdered him by torture. He drowned him and brought him back, then strangled him and hung him in his bunk. You would think some psycho would do this but he passed all of his mental health exams. I just don't understand it. I think I might just have to see about my client myself. Even though I'm scared shitless of what he's capable of, I'm just going to have to get over myself.
