Everything began in the year 2015. People said Jess was too young to date Robert. What those people never realized is that she had fallen in love with him.
Jess was bullied for liking him because she was a goth and Robert was a football player. The people around her would always seem to find ways to hurt her, but in a way that she didn't know they were doing it. What made the whole situation worse, was that Jess considered those people to be her friends. She cared about them, defended them, and got pain in return.
The thing about Robert was that all of the girls liked him, at least at some point. There was absolutely no way that Jess would have a chance with him, but at the time, she didn't know that. She did whatever she could to find a was to make him like her, but nothing seemed to work. It wasn't until the begging of the 2016 school year when Jess became aware of the fact that Robert didn't like her. As soon as she realized this, she had quickly spiraled into heartbreak and what could be considered depression. There was only one person to blame for this, and that was Robert.
