what if when kamui dies in one of his battles in gintama series he is reborn as an Uchiha. what will Konoha do with the universe's biggest idiot brother. How will the ninja world fare with one of the strongest Yato?

Black hair with a blue tint reaches his lower back and is always tied in a braid.
Blue eyes
Kamui wears a traditional uniform used in Chinese martial arts, with a black and white top sporting elbow length sleeves, and gray pants that reaches the middle of his lower leg with the symbol of Uchiha Clan. Like all Uchihas he has smooth fair skin, and his body is well developed with strong, flexible toned muscles.
He is almost always seen with a cheerful smile on his face even when he is killing, because he believes that everyone deserves a last moment of peace.
He always carries a purple umbrella around with him as a sign of his previous clan.

Can be kindhearted sometimes. Keyword being sometimes.
Cold to those he doesn't like,
He is a battle-loving individual, always looking forward to fighting strong people. He has a belief that the Yato members need to always stay on the battlefield even though he is an Uchiha now he still believes in this.
He also believes that having emotional ties to one's family is a weakness. However he shows some emotion to his current brother, Izuna and his self proclaimed brother, Indra.
Kamui has stated that he doesn't like to kill women, as they could give birth to strong children with high potential (to presumably fight him).
Kamui has a sadistic side, which he always shows in battle. He also has a habit of smiling during a fight, as this is his way of showing his respect to particularly strong opponents.
As shown in Gintama he appears to have a big appetite (like his previous younger sister, Kagura).

Kamui possesses amazing natural and instinctive fighting abilities in addition to enhanced physical strength, speed, durability, adaptability, agility, awareness, dexterity, flexibility, instincts, endurance, healing capabilities and senses.
Tremendous Strength: As One of the former elites among the Yato race, Kamui was one of the strongest Yato in existence. Naturally, Kamui still has his former yato abilities. His physical strength is so impressive that he can literally chop up his opponents. He can easily penetrate his opponent's body with his arm and land a finishing blow.
Expert Hand-to-Hand Combatant: Instead of relying on brute force alone, Kamui is shown to be acrobatic in his movements and skillful in his attacks. One of Kamui's attacks alone is absolutely lethal; His incredible physical skills makes it extremely hard to dodge or to block his attacks, while he can easily dodge and block even extremely powerful attacks with his strength and speed.
Even by Uchiha standards, Kamui is noted to be one of the most talented members the famed Uchiha clan ever had.
Ninjutsu
Kamui is able to summon a flock of crows to aid him in battle and he has mastered three basic nature transformations (Fire, lightning and wind) along with the yin release. He is very skilled with using fire techniques such as his clan's rite of passage , which he could perform to a massive size, making him one of only Uchiha to be capable of accomplishing. like Madara he is able to use fire techniques with one hand.

Sharingan:
Like many members of his clan, Kamui is a wielder of the sharingan, which he awakened at a young age. His mastery of the Sharingan rivalled that of Madara and Indra's, both being highly praised for their noticeably high skill and sheer power in its usage. Using it, he gains access to the dōjutsu's generic abilities such as seeing chakra, predicting movements, and placing a victim under paralysis genjutsu with just a single glance.
Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan
He is one of the few members in the clan's history that was able to awaken the Mangekyo Sharingan. He awakened it when he watched his brother figure, shisui, die.
Kamui's Mangekyo Sharingan has the Kotoamatsukami like Shisui. This technique allowes him to enter a person's mind and manipulate them by giving them false experiences, making it seem as if they were doing things on their own free will; the victim wouldn't even notice they were being manipulated.
other abilities are Tsukuyomi, Amaterasu, Susanoo and more to be revealed.
After the Uchiha Massacre he changed his eyes with his father's as a result gaining the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan as shown below:

Kamui met Indra when he awakened his Mangekyo Sharingan. Indra taught him many things and gradually they became like brothers. Indra could understand Kamui since neither Kamui or he had the best relations with their families. Indra still teaches him through his Mindscape because Kamui is the reincarnation of Indra.
