So to clear up some things outer is the father but my persona and him broke up cause they needed some time apart. Then jasmine found out that she was pregnant. Once that Sally was old enough to talk correctly she will always wonder who was the father. Jasmine wanted to wait till she was old enough to know who the father was. Once Sally was 15 jasmine told her the father and why he isn't here. Since jasmine told Sally the father they will always visit outer every holiday. (Christmas,thanksgiving, summer?, Etc.)
