I'm mega grateful for all the Alan Watts videos put up on YouTube. Alan Watts has been my mentor for the past several years, as a direct result of the work people do on here. What's most interesting, and amazing about him, is his perfect use of the imagined self as a vehicle to speak directly to the true self. There is no judgment, criticism or resistance to the acknowledgement of the listeners imagined self, he makes a utility out of it without the slightest inclination to be patronizing, or condescending. It sometimes takes me years to psychologically comprehend the nature of his wisdom, but something inside always recognizes what he says as something I've always known.
