LAST SMILE

This is gonna be a one shot
It will start out as a Riley's POV but will eventually look into what others are feeling

It was a perfectly normal morning for half of the world but for the other half it wasn't
Riley was a part of the other half
She woke up with a smile on HER face
Merrily Singing at the thought of seeing her best friends
Maya
Farkle and
Lucas
She was perfectly fine TILL she checked her phone
There on top of every good text message was the bully
She didn't know who it was of course she wouldn't it was anonymous
YOU ARE FAT AND UGLY AND WORTHLESS DO US A FAVOR AND KILL YOURSELF
And then she thought
Maya was happy with Lucas
Farkle was busy with science and Smackle
Everybody in the group had somebody to do
But she
Oh she wasn't anything
It wouldn't matter if she was there or not
And today was her birthday and nobody had wished her
Maybe they were planning a surprise birthday party for her
She would wait till evening and then decide to kill herself or not
After all nobody had noticed her fake smiles anymore
Her parent wished her morning but nor her birthday
It seemed they had forgotten
The day went by as it normally went with Maya getting compliments for her looks and painting
Teachers praising Farkle
Lucas winning a practice
And Riley being mocked for being too happy
By the end of the day it had started raining
And there was no surprise party
She missed going to Topanga's
She didn't want to
They stayed late that day TILL 10 pm
But Riley wasn't in her room
Riley was on the roof being soaked to her skin dancing with a razor
Cutting herself smiling for the last time
Seeing as the world ended
Remembering every happy memory she had
Closing her eyes
RILEY MATHEWS LEFT US ON 10:30 PM. THAT DAY

Farkle Maya and Lucas and smackle in Topanga's the same day
They were doing there homework together as usual when Maya and Lucas broke up
Maya said that she didn't look like him just as a friend actually
Lucas said the same
They were sad that Riley wasn't there with them because Lucas wanted to ask her out
They were going to go to her home
When Smackle took out her phone to check the time
When she noticed a reminder on the top of the notifications
It was RILEY'S BIRTHDAY
The group went but not being able to believe that they had forgotten Riley's birthday swing they had celebrated Maya's birthday grandly just a few days ago
They picked up quick gifts
They went to Riley's home
There they told her parents who had also forgotten there daughter's birthday
They went to her room to surprise her
When the saw she wasn't in the room
They proceeded to search the entire building
When the finally reached the rooftop
They saw
Her
In all her royalty
There was Riley MATHEWS
Hair splayed out wearing a floral frock
Pale skin
And blood running down her wrist
Lucas quickly grabbed her
And took her to the hospital
Fully KNOWING she was dead
There she was officially declared dead

Maya
Maya couldn't hold her weight and fell down
Her flower wasn't there to support her
There had to be something to make her DO that
Maya went to Riley's room
And quickly searched everything and when she finally reached Riley's phone and went through all of her messages
She was horrified
How had she not seen this
Maya couldn't stop blaming herself
Looking at the bottle of Advil beside Riley's bed
She gulped down half of the bottle
That night the world said there goodbye to two of the best friends ever lived

Lucas and Farkle
They were the ones who had discovered Mate's body
They should have known
Both of them were depressed for days
The funeral was held a few days after the deaths
They didn't go
Of course they moved on
That's what they would have wanted for them

From far above two girls looked down holding hands
They were together and as long as they were together nothing could hurt them
