They just stood there hugging each other they didn't care about the world as long as they both were together.

After some minutes they broke the hug tears were flowing from her eyes she was happy that Manik is the one she is going to marry but at the same time she was scared .

Manik too had tears in his eyes but he shoved them away as he didn't wanted her to see them as she was already crying .

He gently wiped her tears and shook his head in no telling her not to cry . She just hugged him again as she was not able to believe that he was actually standing in front of her .

Manik too didn't said anything but just held her close to himself .

"I missed you Manik" , she said after some seconds finally finding her voice .

Oh Good Lord ! He never liked his own name this much ever in these years it just sounded too perfect and sweet listening from her. " I missed you too My Star.".. , Manik too responded she tightened her grip around him.

Then after sometime he broke the hug she was standing there confused as to why did he broke the hug.

Manik - " You should fix your makeup they are waiting for us downstairs and I also don't want your brother to kill me for making his sister cry."

Nandini gave him a faint smile and nodded , she went in the bathroom and came after sometime .

She was about to unlock the door when Manik held her wrist and pulled her close to him , she banged in his rock hard chest , a light blush crept on her cheeks.

Manik - " I have a question which needs to be answered first. "

Nandini - " What?" , she got a bit confused . Manik gave her a smile and sat on the ground floor on one knee.

Manik - " I know that I was not the perfect boyfriend you deserved. I have always hurted you in one or the other way . And you know what I think I don't even deserve you , you are too good for me .

But I am selfish I can't let you go even imagining you with someone else kills me . I don't know how these six years have passed but I know one thing for sure that now when you are with me I can't even spend a single second second without wanting to be with you .

Nandini , will you do the honour of being my wife ? Will you marry me?"

Manik held out his hand and said , " I am sorry I don't have a ring now."

Nandini gigled a bit she had tears streaming down her cheeks of course of happiness " He looks so cute." She thought , she had a bright smile on face .

She put her hand in his and said "It's okay Manik and yes I will marry you."

She made him stand and hugged him . Manik broke the hug and wiped her tears . He then cupped her cheeks with his hands and placed a kiss on her forehead.

They came downstairs and moved towards their families , Abeer noticed them and saw that Nandini was smiling , he got very happy as after so much time he had seen her smiling so genuinely.

Manik sat on his place and Nandini sat beside Abeer on the sofa , Abeer held her hand and raised his eyebrows asking her about her answer.

Nandini looked at him and nodded her head with a shy smile , Abeer's smile widened . Abeer looked towards Nyonika and she smilingly replied "It's a yes."

Abeer - "But you didn't even asked him if he is okay with it?"

Nyonika and Raj smiled seeing his care for Manik.
