Okay so I'm not going to spoil it for those who haven't read it yet but THE MOVIE SKIPPED SO MANY IMPORTANT (to me) PARTS IT MADE ME MAD.
The book goes more into the story of the characters. It tells you how the mom dies which was not what I expected.
Yes the movie was great but the book is so much better! 1000000/10 Jenny Han!! I can't wait til I get my hand on the second and third book!
There is so many other things I want to mention but can't without a spoiler ugh. This is why you should read this book so if you agree we can complain together.
