"Here you stand with a title you could not hope to own up to! A team in which you cannot win their blessing of approval. What kind of a hero are you?"

Being the niece of Tony Stark was a job in itself, working to appear as intelligent as my uncle. Adding an internship to it at the age of five made the task no easier. But there was nothing I would rather do than work in Stark Tower, working my way up the chain to earn the name of agent.
Besides, no other business could offer the benefits I had with Tony Stark.
On the first floor of his penthouse were two offices. One was Stark's office, much bigger than mine. But twenty-four hundred square feet of space was more than enough for me.
A typical day at Stark Tower was running systems through the tower, working on projects to make new discoveries of matter and technology, understanding their use to the world, and experimenting with chemicals to learn about the reaction or balance of energy when collided with others; among other things of that nature.
My life practically reigned within the four walls of my lab.
Outside these four walls, I trained under professionals in many different areas of skill: combat, archery, acting, and magic.
The Black Widow, when not away collecting information, taught me the ways of combat, martial arts, and how to twist the words of your enemy to get information without them realizing it, and the way to escape their bonds or hold on you.
Hawkeye educated me on how to shoot a bow while also using simple forms of combat and trusting yourself to hit the intended target.
Acting may have seemed useless, but if I was to one day earn the title of an agent or a spy, acting would come in handy when I was forced to lie, outwit or deceive. Stark hired one of the greatest actors I knew, Robert Downey Jr. If I was to become a great actor, I was to learn from the best of great actors.
As for magic, Stark helped me with that himself. And yes, I have power. Magic was the only thing I struggled to control. By applying science to it I was able to understand more of the reason I was able to do what I could. The only obstacle I had controlled. I could do enough to muster the magic at my summoning, but I could never gain control of my emotions enough to will myself to use it at its fullest capacity.
He had taught me more than what I could have ever hoped to learn on my own.
But Tony, at this time, had failed yet to explain to me my parentage, which I had assumed is where my powers came from. At least, that had been the most logical answer considering my other theories had varied back to that of fairy tales.
Like every tragic backstory, mine stands as unoriginal as the next, but I have always looked at my life story as an original.
Ever since I first began my training in my younger years, I had kept a journal to log my strengths and weaknesses to match with each form of magic I possess.
