You say loving you would be hard
But why is it so hard to let go?
You smile, how your eyes shine in the light of the moon.
And yet, you ask me to let that go.
'Could you let go of your life line?'
The only thing that keeps me sane?
You don't believe it,
How could you?
When the life you lived was filled with hurt
Scars, and burns.
But you need to believe.
That my heart.
My heart won't change.
I tried that,
I really did.
And trust me it doesn't work.
Just hurts more.
But I've already fallen
And now,
The both of us are stuck.
Stuck in this place between,
Good and of Evil.
The place of the broken, loved fallen angels,
The place where our memories are made,
Made in the stars.
Forever as the stories of old,
Loving you for as long as I can
Before we both become the stars
Of the night sky.
Telling the stories of new
As new love blooms.
