Show must go on.
Show must go on.
Inside my heart is breaking.
My make-up may be flaking.
But my smile still stays on.

                      Wiley's POV

Ten years has been a long time since I ever seen my sister. I refused for ten years. She is not my sister. She is some washed up gold digging whore, who has six baby daddies. And yes, I did say SIX. Mitch and I run my dad and mom's businesses. Kendall took the cafe and the clothing stores off our hands.

Kendall and Mitch got married right out of high school. They both chose to go to Standford while I chose NYU for my education. Mom and dad were glad we chose to go where we did. They've been wanting the houses to themselves for a long ass time and they finally got it.

Once I graduated from NYU, I started up my own business in New York. I occasionally go to Nashville to check up on things but I mostly stay here. I bet you're wondering how I deal with the crowd on the sidewalks or when I have meetings. I have a driver. He drives me to and from work...basically wherever I want to go and he gets paid very well. As for my meetings, I usually just sign whatever I need to say or type it. I usually have an interpreter there for me.

My company is big and important. I'm a rich woman just from this company and I am proud of myself. Who wouldn't be? Not trying to toot my own horn but Toot motherfucking toot. I'm a bad bitch. I stand up from my desk and walk outside my office to see my mom, dad, and Maggie. Maggie is Dash's first daughter. Dash didn't want her because she wasn't what she wanted so dad and mom took her. They gave her the name Maggie Elizabeth.

I walk to them and give them all a hug. "What are you guys doing here?" I sign to them.

My mom and dad made Maggie learn ASl for Mitch. She likes it a lot and uses it when he ain't around. My parents were pretty adamant about not helping Dash but she wanted them in the room and they were there. Dash pushed her out and took one look at her and rejected her. Maggie was a cute and adorable baby and she still is those things. She is nothing like her mother and I am glad.

"We came to visit and since it's Christmas we came to watch the ball drop with you. Mitch and Kendal will be here in a few days." I nod. My mom has aged a little but not a lot. Same goes for my dad. They look just like their parents except dad doesn't have as much grey hair as Big Daddy B. "I hope you're not working yourself to death. You're too young for that,"

"I know, mama. I am finished for the day. If you want you can meet me at my penthouse." She nods and drags dad and Maggie out the office.

"Hey, Wiley, you have an interview before you leave." I look at my secretary, Ashley, and smile. I go into my office and a light knock comes from my big wooden door. I open the door and see a very sexy man in a crisp suit. A sharp ass jawline and a fuck boy haircut.

I let him in and I close the door. I go sit in my seat and he hands me his resume and other things. He sits in the chair in front of me and smiles. His bright green eyes stare into my ice cold blue ones. "I'm Andre and I am here for the personal assistant job."

I nod. I look through everything and continue to nod. "Do you not talk?" I look up at him.

I shake my head and he nods. I grab a blank piece of paper and write on it and show it to him. He smiles widely and stands up. He rushes around the desk and hugs me tight. I cringe at the contact and he pulls away.

"Thank you so much! I really needed this! I'm assuming I start work on Monday at eight. Can I talk in my normal voice or do I have to keep this way?" I scrunch my brows together. He nods and holds up his finger. "Yo, son. Where da play at boy?"

I lightly laugh. I write down my answer and hold it up. "No, you have to be formal at work but feel free to talk like that outside of here."

Well, that sounded sort of rude. I didn't mean it to sound like that. He looks at me and smiles. "Thank you again..." He looks down at my nameplate. "Wiley."

He leaves and I sigh. Well, this should be fun.

I've been home for about a few hours now and my parents and Maggie went sightseeing. I am glad my life turned out the way it did. I don't know where I would be if it turned out different. I've been through a lot of shit and when I say a lot it was a shit ton.

Life throws many curveballs and tries to stop you from doing you, but the show must go on.
