This is my dragon izuku thing basically izuku was born with a quirk wich allows her to become part dragon where she can pretty much do what shoto todoroki does and control flames but izuku's flames are green instead she can fly with her wings and turn into a dragon she can breath fire and control flames at will from any part of her body
