"Good morning ms.gaulden" Kayla smiled at the old lady she watched over
Every day kayla would come over to check on alice aka ms.gaulden, Alice was an sick old lady but she would get up and do stuff like she wasn't.
"Hey kayla and you know you don't have to call me that gone head and call me alice baby" Alice smiled at the child
Although Kayla was only 16 she experienced alot of things like rape, drugs, etc.
When kayla was only a little girl her mother would put drugs in her food, her mother was addict to drugs when she was pregnant with makayla.
No one knew why they had the money they needed, they had the best life.
"Child, my grandson is coming over today and I have to run a few places will you mind staying here until he's gone so you can lock up" she asked as Kayla sat on the couch eating some fries
"Ms.gaulden you know I have no problem with that" She smiled
"It's a Saturday I would think you would have plans but you don't so I'm going to keep you company when I come back okay baby" Alice asked the kind girl
"Okay, I mean you know me ms.gaulden I never do anything I'm not into the stuff these teenagers are today I'm my own person I don't like partying and all that" She laughed
"Okay child, well I'm gone" Alice responded walking out the door
Alice walked out the door leaving kayla to do her.
It wasn't nothing new that alice left her alone she did this quite often.
Kayla went into the kitchen and took out food to make some dinner.
She decided on making chicken with rice on the side.
Kayla turned on the stove and pour some hot water into a pot.
She got all the season out then started cooking.
When she was done she let it finish cooking by itself so she could do her homework.
She took out her math, science,and vocab homework,She started off with the science .
Kayla was an A+ student she didn't care what she had to do to get good grades she was going to do it.
