On rare occasions, when the three of us get into disagreements, we sort of have this unspoken thing where we watch a stupid movie to make up or whatever. I mean, I know it's just us sitting on the floor watching Sharknado, but it releases this sort of pressure in my chest. Like my lungs aren't as heavy or something.
I snap a picture of a pigeon sitting on the awning of Peter's apartment building.
I knock a couple times on the door and Aunt May is there, her hair bunched loosely behind her in a ponytail. Her eyes light up behind her thick frames and she nearly drops a pan of burnt cookies in her hand. She sets them down on the counter and hugs me tightly, "___! Oh thank god."

"Ned, you can't tell her."
"Dude! Why not?"
"Because she already almost found out about the Stark Internship and if she finds out about this too, then everything's going to be weird."
"Peter, you're going to have to tell her about everything eventually. And for what it's worth, I'm pretty sure she feels the same."
"I just...I can't risk loosing her. She's too important to me."
"I think you're overthinking it too much. She's our best friend. She wouldn't just ditch you because she knows that you're Spi—"
