He sat there in defeat. His shoulder shook as he tried not to cry. He held her in his arms. Cradling her head. She was awake, but dying. seeping through her clothes and pooling on the cold, concrete floor, bleeding crimson. She let out of shaky breath. Incapable of talking. She was drowning in pain. " you'll be okay, they're coming to save you." He muttered and squeezing her shoulders. She wasn't looking at him anymore, but he knew they would come too late. This didn't stop him from trying. He held her so close and encouraged her to stay awake...
