Chapter 16 - A Miracle

2 Days Later

Monday, June 10th

Hallie POV

I park outside Danny's parents house at 10 a.m. on Monday. Today Tyler was a month old and I thought it would be a good idea if I brought Tyler up to see Danny. Danny had been going to my house I don't know how many times so I was thinking that we could spend today together. All I had to do was find out where Danny lived. I know Danny told he moved to an apartment but I forgot the address so I was hoping his parents would tell me. It was along shot considering his parents hated me but I was still going to try. It's called hope for a reason right.

I exit the car softly and walk up his circle drive way before knocking on his door. A few seconds later a girl with long black hair and brown eyes answered the door. "Hi." I recognised her as Danny's sister.

"Your Mia right?" I question.

"Yeah and your?"

"Hallie, do you happen to know where Danny lives now?" Her eyes light up.

"Hallie as in one of my brother's baby mama?"

"Yes."

"Is my nefew here? I want to see him." She says already walking to my car and I follow her. "Aww, he's so cute. Can I hold him?"

She was using puppy eyes and there was no chance I could say no. Also he was gonna have to be awake anyway. "Sure."

Mia opens my car door and picks Tyler out of his car seat. He immediately starts crying and Mia sushes him.

"Your good with him."

"Thanks. I've always wanted a little sibling but that never happened. Aww look at your big brown eyes." She says as Tyler just stares up at her. "Here go back in your car seat." She straps him in before getting out a sticky note and pen. "As for Danny. Here." She hands me the sticky note that had an address on it. "That's were he lives now. He'll probably still be there, but if he's not it's probably because of our annoying cousin Noah. He still hasn't left."

"Thanks." I tell her before I get in my car and drive to the address she gave me. As soon as I park Tyler immediately starts crying. I get out of the car and open his side and pick him up out of his car seat. "Ssh it's okay, mommy's here. You ready to go see daddy?"

Tyler hands grasp at my boobs and he trys to suck. "Oh your hungry." I slide in the car and darken my windows before opening my shirt up and adjusting my bra. I get his mouth into the right position before letting him suck. After about 21 minutes he wasn't interested so I adjust my shirt and bra before letting him burp on my shoulder.

As he's doing that I undarken my windows and let the day light back in. When he's done I put him back in his car seat and go inside the building. I go to Danny's apartment on the 5th floor and knock on Danny's door.

I hear some mumbling and then the sound of something hitting the floor before the door opens revealing a guy in his late teens. He had blonde hair and Danny's blue eyes. I also saw a girl sitting on the floor. She had brown hair and eyes and she looked like she had been crying. Either this was Danny's cousin Noah or I have got the wrong apartment.

"Is this Danny's apartment?" I ask.

He looks at Tyler then back to me. "I'm guessing your Bethany."

"She's not Bethany." The girl says getting off the floor.

"If your not Bethany then...who are you?" He asks.

"Hallie." I say. "Is Danny here?"

"No. He hasn't been for days. Did he get you pregnant to?" He asks and that confussed me. If Danny isn't here, where is he?
