I arrived at St.Joseph Catholic church and out of my car. I headed through the back door and entered the building since it was unlocked.
I looked around making sure no one saw me before I went into Father Martinez's office.
I locked the door behind me. ''Hey" He says
"We need to talk," I said while still standing
"Sit and let's talk," He says
I did as he said and sat down. "What is it? He asks me
"I'm pregnant," I said bluntly
"Stop playing," He says
"I wish I was," I said with a serious face
"How could you let this happen? He questions me
"Me? You're only the one who didn't have any condoms"I went off on him
"Be quiet?" He says
"I'm pregnant and my moms know it, "I told him out of angry
"Does she know I'm the dad? He asks
"I told her but she doesn't believe me" I admitted to him
"Why would you do that? He out loud with me
"Because it's true your my baby's dad," I said to him
"You have to get rid of the baby," He says
"I'm not doing that" I stand by my grounds
"If this gets out I could lose my career and get labeled as a sex offender" He expresses his concerns
"So? I asked
"What do you mean so? He questions me
"We could leave the states and not worry about the laws"I suggested
"No, I'm not leaving the country with you," He says
"I love you and I wanna be with you. Have your baby" I said to him
"Cierra, you know we can't be together," He tells me
"That's not what you said when we were in bed together," I said
"Look I think we should stop seeing each other," He then says
"Are you serious right now? I ask
"Yes," He says

Cierra's parents waited after Sunday mass to talk to the priest about the pregnancy accusation. "What can I do for yall, Mr&Mrs Lopez? The priest asked the Lopez family
"Our daughter says that you get her pregnant" Mr.Lopez says
"That is not true, you know how teenagers are..." Father Martinez says
"What do we do with her? Mrs. Lopez asks
"I don't know that's completely up to y'all" Father Martinez says
The Lopez both exchanged looks with one another. "But no I didn't have intercourse with your daughter and I didn't get her pregnant" Father Martinez says and they believed him
