Kyrie I'm not doing this right now tomorrow is Christmas Eve and you aren't home yet I'm going to Algee's mom's house to drop off my presents for his sisters and his mom since we canceled the Disney World trip I don't even understand why you're bugging I said "Really I'm bugging because he's always involved in everything" Kyrie I'm not going through this right now I love you and I'll see you when you get back I said as I hung up then I put Jasmine in her car seat and strapped her in then I got in the front and pulled off and started driving to Algee's mom's house when I got there I got Jasmine out of the back then I got the bad with the presents out of the trunk and I walked up to the front and knocked on the door and Algee's mom answered, Hey ma I said "Omg baby I feel like I rarely see you anymore you look so beautiful come on in here" she said pulling me into a hug I hugged back then we pulled apart "Aw look at my grand baby so beautiful" Algee's mom said while grabbing Jasmine out of my arms, Where's Gabriella and Soteria I asked "They're upstairs in Gabby's room" Algee's mom said and I made my way upstairs and knocked on the door "Come in" Gabby said and I walked in "omg Ny" Gabby and Ria said while running up and hugging me I instantly I hugged them back, I missed you guys so much I said "We missed you too even though you hardly come over anymore" Ria said I know I've been a little busy with Jasmine and trying to start modeling again but I didn't forget to bring you guys presents for Christmas Here Ria this is for you and Gabby this is for you I said handing them their gifts "You got me red bottoms and Off White heels thank you so much" Ria said Of course you know I have to keep you fly and there's a visa gift card in there just Incase you need anything else I said "Yo where did you find these at I've been looking all over for these" Gabby said they were the Off White Jordan 1's and the og shattered backboards, Flight club I saw that you liked a picture of them but the same goes for you too there's a Visa card in there I hope y'all enjoy the gifts I said as I hugged them again then we all walked downstairs and Jasmine crawled into my arms I picked her up, Ma I hope you didn't think I forgot about you I said as I handed her a big box "How did you know I wanted this" Ma asked Other than the subtle hints of texting pictures of it to me I guess it was just intuition I said I got her a Louis Vuitton duffel bag and filled up the bag with other gifts I knew she'd like "Girl you did not have to do this" Ma said It's the least I could
do you've put up with me since I was a little girl I'm just showing my appreciation I said then I heard the front door open I turned to see Algee walking in "Hey y'all" Algee said and Jasmine instantly started squirming in my arms trying to reach for Algee while smiling he came over and grabbed her out of my arms "Hey Ny I didn't know that you were coming over" Algee said while Jasmine playfully hit his face, Yea I had to bring by their gifts since they'll be out of town for Christmas I said "Gee you have to see the shoes she got me and Ria" Gabby said "I already know she texted me to make sure she got the right sizes" Algee said
"I'm going to go make sure I packed my suitcase Ria, Gabby you guys go check your bags too" Algee's mom said while they walked upstairs "What's wrong" Algee asked what do you mean I asked "You seem like something's bothering you" Algee said while playing with Jasmine, I'm fine I said "Wow Ny I know we might've been through some stuff but I can still tell when you're lying to me" Algee said I don't know Gee it's just that ever since we went to take Jasmine to see Sesame Street live me and Kyrie have been arguing because he thinks that I see you to much I said "But we have a child together" Algee said I know and I try to explain that to him but I don't know it's like it's always something he didn't even want me coming over today to drop off their presents and it wasn't even like he was home he says he's at practice I said "What do you mean he says" Algee asked it's the day before Christmas Eve and they don't have any games coming up and all of his teammates are posting videos of them with their family so I'm pretty sure he's not at practice I said beginning to cry Algee pulled me into a hug "Don't cry Ny just be blunt with him about it and ask him what's going on but don't stay in a situation and you're not happy" Algee said while wiping my tears "You look beautiful" Algee said with his hands still on my face, Thanks I said and he started leaning in I did too until I realized what I was doing and I instantly stood up and grabbed Jasmine, Uhm I should go but I'll see you tomorrow evening I said as I zipped Jasmine's coat up and walked out I put her in the back in her car seat and made sure she was strapped in then I got in the front and drove off I don't know what I'm doing I almost kissed Algee and I'm with Kyrie I just need to get home and relax when I finally pulled up at the house I got Jasmine out of her car seat and she was asleep I walked into the house and locked the door because no matter how nice of a neighborhood I stay in I wouldn't leave my door unlocked, I saw Kyrie sitting on the couch "Where've you been" Kyrie asked
I told you already I was at Algee's mom's house I said "Was Algee there" Kyrie asked Yea he showed up to see his mom and his sisters before Christmas I said "You know I don't want you around him" Kyrie said I instantly walked upstairs and put Jasmine in her crib and then I walked out with her baby monitor in my hand
"You know I don't like to be walked away from" Kyrie said while walking upstairs Kyrie I just put Jasmine in bed I don't have time for this I said while starting to walk into our room "I said don't walk away from me I'm tired of you always being around him and you know it" Kyrie said I don't know what you want me to do about that he's Jasmine's father and we're friends I said "I don't give a damn you can't see him anymore" Kyrie yelled Lower your voice my daughter is sleep and who are you to tell me who I can and can't see I don't tell you not to hang with those tramps you call friends so don't try to tell me that I can't be around Algee because he's Jasmine's father and he has about eighteen more years to be involved with everything that goes on with her so if you have a problem with that then that's to bad I said "I don't know who you think you're talking to but it sure as hell isn't me you better get that shit together" Kyrie yelled again I said stop all that damn yelling before you wake my daughter up and stop talking to me like I'm a child I said and I instantly felt his hand collide with my cheek knocking me to the floor as tears instantly started to roll down my face as I looked at him in shock "You talk to fucking much that's your problem you don't know when to shut up now lay the fuck down and go to sleep we have to be up early tomorrow to go see my parents" Kyrie said and I got up I'm not going anywhere with you you need to leave I said while going to the closet and beginning to pack his stuff "What the hell are you doing I'm not going anywhere" Kyrie said Yes you are you're leaving my house I said and before I knew it he hit me again but this time he wasn't stopping but it's like he was only hitting other parts of my body but not my face I assumed it was so we could still go see his parents tomorrow I kept trying to fight him off but I guess eventually he got tired and went in the bathroom when I heard the shower running I instantly tried my best to block the bathroom door then I grabbed some of my stuff and threw it in a duffel bag and I grabbed my keys then I went into the nursery and saw that Jasmine was wide awake I grabbed her stuff and also put it in the bag then she started crying loud I but I was still able to hear the shower cut off I rushed downstairs because I knew it wouldn't take him long to break down the door I put on my shoes "Where the hell are you" Kyrie yelled I was basically panicking as I put Jasmine's coat on her but she decided to throw a fit flailing her arms everywhere making me drop the bag and things scatter out of it I quickly bent down and picked everything up because I heard him on the stairs and I rushed to the door when I was outside I heard him rushing down the stairs and I practically ran to the car and unlocked it my hands were practically shaking as I buckled Jasmine in her car seat it didn't help that it was raining I could see him close to the door as I got into the drivers seat and started the car and locked the door he started to bang on the car and try to open the door as I quickly sped off while crying my mind was everywhere and if I knew anything it's that Kyrie would soon be looking for me but I could only think of one place to go so I drove straight there when I finally got there I got Jasmine out the back and grabbed our bag and went up to the door and knocked on it and they opened the door "What happened" Algee asked while he pulled us in his house but I was crying so hard I couldn't talk he just pulled me into a hug I looked down to see that Jasmine was asleep again we eventually pulled away from the hug, Algee can we please just stay here for awhile I asked "Of course but what's wrong" Algee asked H-he hit me Gee I said while starting to tear up again "What when" Algee said I didn't even have to look up to know that he was angry, Today he got angry because he didn't want me around you and then he got mad that I told him that you were going to be around so he smacked me and I told him to leave and I started packing his stuff so he hit me again and he kept hitting me I said lifting my shirt so he could see where he hit me at and my torso was covered in bruises and so was my back and my legs it shocked me to see all of the bruises "What the fuck Nya is he still at your house" Algee asked Yes but Algee don't go over there I said "Nah Nya I don't want to hear that I told myself that I'd always be there to protect you and I wasn't there the first time but I'll be damned if I let this happen to you again" Algee said then he stormed out I knew there was no point in even trying to stop him now I just grabbed Jasmine and went upstairs and gave her a bath then put her pajamas on her and put her in her crib next to Algee's bed and I laid down and went to sleep

When I pulled up at Nya's house I saw the door was unlocked I walked in and saw this nigga pacing the floor I instantly went up to him and started punching the shit out of him, So you think it's cool to hit a woman I said while hitting him, Don't ever come around Nya again if I see you around her I will personally kill you myself give me her damn key I said and he passed it to me then I made him leave I'm so fucking angry how could I let this happen to her again I got in my car and drove back home when I got there I went upstairs to my room and saw Nya asleep in my bed and Jasmine sleep in her crib I just went to my guest room and laid down
