So, this ship would turn out like Drink, which is a ship that is probably more toxic then any ship with Nightmare. Ironic.
So, Drink is toxic because Ink would constantly feed off of Dream's aura, but with Fresh, he'll probably be worse with it.
Fresh will take Dream in, pretend that he loves him, and then feed off of him, Dream showing his "love" for Fresh, and Fresh using Dream to finally feel emotions.
Honestly, the same could happen to Kreme, or Dream being shipped with any other emotionless character.
SCREW IT! DREAM X AYANO WOULD COUNT!
But seriously, Dream and Nightmare are tricky subjects so ship people with, which is... actually a good way to stop people from shipping your characters. Joku you sly dog.
But seriously, you need to be careful and see flaws in the relationships.
If I'm going to be honest, Nightmare, Killer, Ink, Fresh, and Dream are probably the hardest subjects to try and ship, so be weary of that
Also make sure there's chemistry
